Tucson Management

Rented a place managed by them and it was okay until I moved. That's when all the random rules and charges came. Ie, having to use the carpet cleaner they wanted, which was $300. Or pick one you wanted but they would still charge you (take out of your deposit) if the job wasn't to their standard. Basically underhanded business practices.

I have 2 properties in Tucson and I have had Tucson Management take care of both for years. I have nothing but praise for them. They really know their business and do a wonderful job. I know good people when I see them because I had other management companies before and I have seen neglect and even dishonesty. I recommend Tucson Management without reservations. Addition to my comment: It is now end of 2021 and I still feel the same way about those efficient, reliable people.

I have not once had an issue with T.M. I easily pay my rent every month via website.;

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I was offered a free month if I ended my lease early. I agreed, did not receive my free month only a small amount of $240 when my rent was $1175.00. They took my deposit which is ok, but did not want to give me the free month after I had moved out like we had agreed. Get everything in writing, they will try to scam you!

We just finished a lease with TMI and would rent from them again. Repairs were always done quickly, there was an after-hours maintenance/emergency line, and rent is fair. Kathleen and Casey are professional and honor the lease to a T.

We started using Tucson Management in 2011 when we had to move to the East Coast for my husband's job. We had excellent advice and service from them while we were on the other side of the country, and when we moved back to Tucson, we continued to have them manage our property. We have been very pleased with their screening process for tenants and their follow-up with us.

We have recently sold the property, and TCM was helpful in advising us about that process as well. We have always had prompt and professional communication with the staff and would definitely use them again should we need to manage a rental property.

I've been a renter of a property managed by Tucson Management for over a year now (just resigned my lease!), and I must say that I've had nothing but good experiences with them. The staff are pleasant and they were extremely flexible with me moving in from out-of-state and willing to work with me. None of the other rental agencies I tried in Tucson acted very welcoming to my situation.

Their lease seems pretty standard and straightforward to me. As a renter, I never felt that they were after my money or throwing a bunch of extra costs at me. I've never put in a maintenance request because the owner of my property lives on-site and prefers to do his own, so I can't speak to their maintenance system.

Kathleen is unprofessional and makes applicants feel like an inconvenience. Do not waste your time with this company.

They have a company policy to not allow pitbull and pitbull mixes. Nothing against Rotties or any other "aggressive" breeds. Don't bother calling this ignorant company.

After a long and exhausting house hunt My husband and I came across Tucson management Inc. They were so professional and friendly. We found a beautiful home at a great price to rent. Kathleen is very professional and straight to the point person. Casey is very helpful as well. Any maintenance issues we've had which has been very few minor things They send maintenance workers out the very next day. No complaints here Would definitely go with them for a second year!
