I am a younger renter and my previous landlord was horrible. They did not care about my well being or safety. They did not answer emails or calls. When I first reached out to RP Managment, they were very responsive. Always kept me in the loop and told me in a good amount of time the next things needed from me. I would highly recommend This property Managment to my friends and family.

We having been working with RP for the last year an have absolutely loved it! Their staff is impeccable and always willing to help out their vendors or tenants in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend renting from this company, their managers truly care about their tenants well-being.

Working with RP Management for my new apartment has been one of the easiest processes I have experienced with renting. They answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. They have great tenant services to help get any issues dealt with, they have convenient online services which are easy to use!

I own a duplex in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis. I couldn't be happier with the renters I got using R P management. They walked through the place with me and talked me into repainting one of the rooms to make the place more marketable (didn't take long but I needed that extra nudge to do it).They found someone in just a couple weeks so it was money very well spent!

We just moved into a home that is managed by RP Management. Fantastic experience! We were able to get all of our questions answered quickly and professionally. I really get the impression that they want to ensure that tenants get everything they need. I also liked they way they provide an easy way to check application status online. Very convenient. Additionally, they were very responsive and available when I asked questions about the application or the move in.

It was also very easy to reach someone to talk to on the phone if needed. The one time that I reached voicemail instead of a person, they called me back promptly. Nothing but good things to say about RP Management. I highly recommend this company and feel really good going into a 1-year lease with a company that I can tell is going to be easy to work with.

This hasn't even felt like renting. Working with Laurie and this team has felt more like a friendship than a "rental" management company, in fact we are sad to leave. Any time we have needed something, someone has been out immediately to fix the issue, we have had immediate response to any emails; i cannot possibly sing their praises enough to how great our experience has been with RP management.

They have been both kind and professional to us. From day 1 we have been happy with RP management, if we have the opportunity to rent again in the metro area, Laurie will be the first person i call!

Laurie was very professional in helping our family move. We were in a situation and Laurie moved promptly and very responsive to everyone's questions. She is extremely kind, and has wonderful customer service. All of the staff at RP management work wonderfully. Whenever a maintenance request was made, RP management moved quickly and efficiently. They hired very professional companies to fix things around the house. I wish I could give them more than a 5 start review. This company and their employees go above and beyond for their tenants.

R P Managments thrives because of Laurie, in my opinion! Laurie is so very kind, genuinely helpful and supportive of your situation, she helped our family find a place to live where we needed it, asap. She is responsive to all of my inquiries, knowledgeable, and very efficient in her line of work. You will be pleased with the leasing department because Laurie is there. You can tell she is passionate about her job!

We have worked with RP Management for the past 20 years and have nothing but good words to say about this company. We have worked with various employees over there and all have been helpful and assisted us whenever we needed it. All are professionals and work with the owner as well as the tenants. Dave Holt has been particularly helpful and more than fair with any dealings we have had with him. I would definitely recommend RP Management to anyone.

I had the chance to work with Laurie who got me approved for my new home and she's was AMAZING. She answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. She made sure all my concerns was address and helped me with my move-in process done hassle free. I think she's a GREAT leasing agent as well as Jackie who I'm working with now. My leasing manager is Laurie and she's been great the whole way through. She was extremely nice and she went the extra mile to make sure I was in a place ASAP with me coming in from another state. She was very responsive and replied to my emails in a timely manner. To top it all off even after my move in she checked on me and my kids to make sure we were settled in! The place I'm staying in was beautifully updated and very well taken cared for. I look forward to having a long lasting relationship with this company!

We've been with RP Management for over an year now. They are very professional and take care of any issues that we have with the property that we are renting from them. The rent payment and other documentation is very simple. The lease renewal process was also very easy you just have to sign everything online. They take care of the tenant's issues on time. Laurie Riely and Jacquelyn Carlson were very professional, responsive, and kind. They answered all our questions and concerns with very little wait time. I am very happy and I would recommend RP management to my family and friends

Laurie in Leasing has been more than helpful with any bump or issue we have had. We moved to MN from CA and she was able to help us find a place without being in the same state to view everything! We moved into a beautiful and modern unit and our only complaint was that this unit was not cleaned the level that we were told that it was. Fortunately, the owner is working closely with RP and solved the other issue with a lock change Overall, it's been a much more painless moving experience than I was anticipating, and this is the only property management company in the twin cities that answers the phone when you call!

It's all professional happy time until you sign the lease. Then you're nothing but a source of cash for them. You have to send emails because they will not answer or return calls. Terrible service. I wish I had a voice recorder for the not so subtle veiled threat that they will scrutinize the final inspection and shrink your damage deposit if you make too much trouble.
