Shame on you for dismissing negative critiques. That is horrible public relations management. You should learn from these critiques and get to the bottom of the issue - try to make it right. Use your actions to highlight that you are an award winning company. Not just smoke and mirrors, hiding behind your reputation and claims. There seem to be multiple issues that are going unrecognized, unacknowledged, and denied. Deny, deny, deny is an old strategy that professionals and companies have been moving away from, especially in recent years and especially with the advancement of technology.
There are only 10 reviews on your google review page, and I know there are more than 10 people who have worked with your organization. If you use these numbers as a sample size (which would be most likely inaccurate), 50% of reviewers have given you 1 star and the other 50% rated at 5 stars. That's an unreliable discrepancy in the numbers that skews my perception of your company.
Your approval rates could be improved - surveying residents and families could provide you with a better view of the success of your company at meeting those people's needs and highlight areas of improvement. Providing that type of information to the public could help facilitate more business and make it clearer for people in the market how you really succeed at what you do, or where and how your company is working to improve quality of care and family relations.
Quite frankly, this kind of rejective and unprofessional - no matter how professionally worded - reaction deters me from wanting to work with your companies, especially where care for my loved ones is concerned. If you're so willing to dismiss these comments and reviews, what are you dismissing at your facilities? I've been over your websites and the facilities look promising and dependable, but how can I trust the claims if Grace Management's public response is ultimately focused on accepting the positive and rejecting the negative?
That leaves no room for company growth or relations improvement, let alone the picture it paints for your company's image and credibility. I would like to see better because it is already difficult enough to find a trustworthy, helpful facility.

This has been the worst experience with any management company. They over charge for everything and will not even cover basic management costs like fixing the garbage disposal or unclogging the drain (even if it has not been done for years and it is not your fault it's clogged). Now they are saying it would cost $250+ to program a new garage opener remote! I cannot believe how inconsiderate they are. Will avoid renting from any person using this company in the future.
