If you are with the Foreign Service then Stay Attache is exactly the service you need. We were evacuated from Embassy Ukriane and had to scramble to find a place. Stay Attache had the best options and it was so easy to communicate and get into the house. We ended up in a fabulous townhouse in Dupont, well within the USG lodging rates and they were so accommodating with billing and lease agreements (foreign service clause etc). They are made for people like us. I would stay with them again in a heartbeat (but hope never to go through another embassy evacuation). Nora and John.

I really enjoyed my 3 month stay at one of their apartments close to Dupont circle. The apartment was very nicely furnished and had everything you would need. I would certainly stay with them again.

I lived in a Stay Attache place in DuPont Circle for a year. I enjoyed my time there and only moved out as it was too small when my wife moved in. Stay Attache looked after me very well. There were a few issues with the place, however they always had someone fix them promptly. This included replacing to AC unit that was old and noisy. My only criticism was that several times I got an email saying my rent was overdue when it had been paid. It had to contact them to fix the situation. I would definitely use Stay Attache again.

Truly charming one bedroom with beautiful high ceilings, row house details, and gorgeous fireplace! The beige, white, silver and gold decorating is a soothing, and wonderful contrast to the city. Five minutes to Kramer Books, the Dupont Circle Metro, the Phillips Collection and so many numerous restaurants and coffee shops very close. (Try Sette on Connecticut's Happy Hour.a fabulous menu! ) The location is tops and service by Stay Attache, who manage this property, has been excellent.

This is an excellent choice. I am very impressed with their personal service. Each problem (toaster, stove, dish towels, etc.) got solved quickly and the free cleaning service after the stove was replaced was so professional. I thank them for the attention and care. Check in was simple, just a set of keys in a lock box! ( I didn 't get two sets, though.

Since I'm the only resident it doesn't really matter, but it would be good to have a second set for the lock box in case I need them. ) This has been an excellent experience so far! Love the neighborhood and the neighbors!

After searching for days to find something affordable for our 3 month stay in DC. Airbnb is terrible its a total hit or miss but then I found Attache they have been really helpful and non-stressful through the whole process. I know I had to have been a not so easy customer for the leasing process. I changed the place three times. I also have a service dog and criteria, budget.etc. Stephen was AMAZING totally professional his vibes via email were comforting instead of pushy he never gave annoyed or irritated vibes way better than most corporate housing. My family and I stayed with Stay Attache on two occasions. During the last visit stayed for 3 months and we lived in 3 different properties. Stay Attache manages some of the best properties in DC and has amazing customer service that is easy to work with. If you are coming for a short term and want to feel like you live in DC, but also have all comfort of corporate housing, they are a perfect match for you!

The houses were equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable and their maintenance team is ready to assist with any request you might have. I would highly recommend this unique company to everyone who is coming to DC.

Attache has been amazing. We stayed in one of their properties for little under 6 months. During our stay, the staff was extremely attentive and assisted us with efficiency and transparency. They were extremely easy to communicate with via telephone and email. They worked with us at every corner and we are so grateful for all of their assistance. Our one month stays turned into a much longer stay and Attache was there every step of the way helping us out. We initially were going to go with a larger national company and we are so glad we went local with Attache. They have been magnificent and have the personal touch.
