Do not send Application fees to this company. After telling us that it was all set and to send the application fee, we didn't here back for a week and then heard they rented it to someone else. We then got an email saying great news, they found us three other places. Sound like a scam?

A complete lack of communication between Jack Realty Group and myself made for a very unpleasant experience. They show little interest in knowing or understanding the needs and schedules of the clients in which they serve. Scheduling is done--though infrequently--at the needs of their own time, and at the expense of the renter.

Working with Jack Realty Group was a terrific experience. My house was sold quickly and the agents were extremely dedicated and knowledgeable. They gave good advice and great service. Quickest transaction I've had in years and highly recommend them to anyone selling a house in Kent or Palisades!
