Gated, off street parking is a bonus. This has been my home for over 7 years. Responsive management, good relationships with staff.

Moved into Bella Vita Apartment homes this weekend and have had a great experience so far. Mursal and Precious were very friendly and helpful since the day I came for a tour of the place. Any questions I had and still have were and still are being answered prompt and effectively. With that being said they have helped me have a pretty smooth move-in process, thank you so much. I rate 5 stars!

Incredibly unprofessional. Always an issue with the rent/utilities and last minute changes to the amounts requested. They instated a rent increase during Covid, later deferred it, then 3 days before rent was due re-instated the increase. We get conflicting messages about rent from Corporate and the property manager. Avoid this property company!

I pay 1450 per month to share my apartment with mice, spiders, and the occasional roach. My water has been shut off almost 20 times in 5 months without a reasonable excuse. People who smoke cigarettes were told to smoke in their cars (what?). The appliances are either super old or super cheap and flimsy. Yet, they're regularly raising people's rent and doing nothing with all their extra money to improve this property. I firmly believe that the people who manage this place are not even real human beings.

Customer service is LAUGHABLE at R.A. Snyder Properties, especially with Jose. I see that they have had MANY terrible reviews and NOTHING has been done to fire people with poor attitudes and hire people that actually want to work with customers - their JOB! I tried to be very nice and understanding, but I did not get that same respect in return over weeks of conversation.

I have absolutely no clue how they are still in business. Who would want to live in a community whose management company treats the customers like dirt? Just scheduling to VIEW a property before signing a lease is a headache and impossible for this management company! Would you like extra pictures or dimensions of the property? They don't have those!

You get no additional information about the property, besides a standard Craigslist post. If you want to rent an apartment without seeing it and just guess if your furniture will even fit, R.A. Snyder properties is the company for you! I imagine the move-in, monthly rent, maintenance, and move-out processes are all very similar to the poor customer service prior to signing your lease. Good luck renters!

Debbie Jones & Adrian Ontiveros have made my experience with RA Snyder Properties WONDERFUL! They set a high standard for property management. They go above and beyond for their tenants, they are highly responsive, super patient (I can be stressful), they provide great follow up and transparent communication. All maintenance issues are handled promptly and all of my questions and concerns are addressed thoroughly.

I am currently experiencing a housing issue and they have been amazingly helpful and professional throughout the entire process, they have been doing everything within their power to get things done in a timely manner. You can tell that they are both great at their jobs and really care about the service they provide, they are the best property managers I have ever had the pleasure of renting from, I feel truly cared for as a tenant.

Even with the large volume of properties and tenants they manage, they still make sure to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to everyone involved! Thank you so so much Adrian & Debbie, my roommate, and my cats and I truly appreciate you both!

They took over a unit I already rent. No real problems. My property manager is easy to get in touch with and a good guy. BUT, the receptionist at the Mission Valley/Texas St location is extremely rude. She also refuses to give a receipt when you drop a check off, which I am sure is a violation of Bureau of Real Estate regulations.

My experience was not the best. My property manager, Jose, was never really interested in helping. He gave me and my roommate a hard time all the way, by the time we told him we needed to leave. The Spanish Court I lived at was beautiful, but the apartment itself could have been in a better maintenance shape.

RA Snyder Properties, INC. Property Management Company is wrought with incompetence and dysfunction. RA Snyder charges you for parking spaces you sometimes cannot get into. They charge you for a secure building which is not secure. Their corporate office is entirely non-responsive and will not answer either your telephone calls or emails. Their properties are not maintained adequately on a regular basis.

They have a dead review link in their emails which leads nowhere. Notice I am the first one to leave a review? What they are good at is cashing your checks, raising the rent on a regular basis and putting forth a 32 page lease that absolves them of all responsibility for anything except where they are forced to be accountable by law. If you rent from RA Snyder you will be charged for having a pet every month PLUS a pet deposit.

You will also be required to get Renter's Insurance so they will be protected if some damage is caused to their property by you or one of your guests. This makes their insurance policy cheaper for them. If you provide housing for someone, isn't that your responsibility? Isn't that a risk you take? Part of the cost of doing business? The property I lived in had a filthy alley behind it with a disgusting dumpster.

The building had roaches, fleas, flies and mosquitoes. RA Snyder has a pest control company come once a month to spray the exterior of the building. That is their answer when you complain. They did nothing to keep the dumpster area hygienic or reduce the number of insects we had to live with every day. It was worse for those of us on the first floor.

My unit had two water leaks in exactly the same spot in the 18 months I lived there. This means the problem wasn't fixed properly the first time. Both the kitchen and bathroom sink fawcett handles came off in my hand when I went to turn them on one day. In fact, all of the cosmetic improvements RA Snyder make are made from the cheapest materials available.

The laundry rooms were always filthy. It would take a $10 an hour cleaner less than 10 minutes a month to keep both of these small single unit rooms clean. I had to call to ask the management company to empty the trash cans. RA Snyder waited until the last minute (maximum 21 days by law) to return my security deposit and ended up trying to steal more than half of it.

I had to threaten legal action for them to review and revise their original calculations. I was glad I took before and after pictures. North park is a mixed bag with some good stuff to offer. Restaurants, entertainment, breweries, close to Balboa Park, etc. RA Snyder definitely isn't one of them. This property management company manages at least 11 properties in the area.

Some of the problem is greed and some is that they just hire losers. Especially at the main office. Be wary of these people. Very corporate. all about maximizing profits for their investors. People don't matter to them. not even their own! RA Snyder Properties, INC. my score 0. Keep looking, you can do better!

I currently live at the Prominence Apartments in San Marcos. A few years ago, it was a nice place to live; but then new management took over. The quality of life declined almost immediately. One representative, in particular, is infuriating. She can tell you a hundred reasons why they can't do something, but nothing about what they CAN do. The 1st. time I went in to report a fallen vine that was blocking my garage.

It stayed that way for months. When I went in to report it, her response was, "All YOU have do is pull it up." All I HAVE to do? Isn't that why I'm paying rent? The 2nd. interaction from her, happened today. In the middle of this dangerous heatwave, our HVAC unit froze. I placed a high priority maintenance order in to have it repaired, since my breathing was becoming affected.

I have asthma. The initial return email down-graded my order to "medium." Then four emails later, upgraded to, " Emergency." However, "emergency" at Prominence" translated to, "I don't know when we can get to it." Moreover, she added that she had asthma, too. After this 2nd. encounter with the ever-so-pleasant representative, I realized the R.A. Snyder and customer service DO NOT go hand-in-hand. Don't let the outer appearance fool you.
