Coming from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Herman & his family relocated to the beautiful area of Los Angeles to carry out our company's mission. Since 1947, our firm has specialized in the sales, leasing & management of industrial real estate in Southern California, with emphasis in Los Angeles County.
