Do not let this company manage your property! I have been a property owner for many years and let me just say that they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are very unresponsive to emails and rude when I call. I have received several complaints from tenants about them. The people running this company are so lazy and refuse to do anything except collect their check. Choose a different property management company.

Super solid company. Gena is friendly, very organized, communicates clearly, and has great energy. Greg, also came immediately for our maintenance requests, and is very knowledgable and reasonable about housing needs. This company made sure our family had a safe place to stay the day we moved to San Diego, and everything about renting from them is streamlined and professional. Moving out was smooth and fair, and the staff was absolutely helpful and on time with everything. So grateful to have met such awesome honest people and highly recommend their services.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very communicative during the moving process. Kevin was exceptional in assisting to get my doors re-keyed and even came back to take care of a minor issue directly afterwards. It's very refreshing to find people who obviously care about their work and are happy to do it. It should be noted that as a military family with a deployed spouse, it was challenging to take care of paperwork. Gena was very understanding and helpful in ensuring we were able to transition and do what needed to be done, despite one of us being deployed. Would highly recommend.

I've been living in one of their managed properties for a reasonable amount of time and I couldn't be more pleased with the service people helping others has provided. Gina is extremely kind, punctual, and service oriented. When we had a small issue with our home, we were contacted by the repairman the next day. I also appreciate the ability to pay rent online, seems like such an easy convenient feature that unfortunately many other management companies do not offer. Kudos!

I live out of state and they handled every aspect of the property. I trusted their judgement and professionalism so that I did not have to be involved in mundane decisions about my property. For the past 5 years my relationship with People Helping Others has been incredible. They're very courteous and professional in their business. I had to move out of the state in short notice and they were able to find very good renters for my condo very soon after. They had connections for almost all cleaning and repair work needed. There were a couple big incidences that occurred and PHO always notified me and laid out my options for taking the next step.
Then when it came time to put my condo on the market they didn't hesitate to give me guidance and recommend me a realtor as well. I couldn't expect anything more from what a property manager should do. If I were to look for another property manager PHO would be the standard I would hold them to.

Greg and his team have been managing my property for many years. They absolutely ROCK. Vacancies are few and far between (they source good tenants) and when there is a vacancy, they fill it fast. They manage costs and make good recommendations on improvements that make sense to get top rents. I honestly forget I have the rental for months at a time. that is how easy they make it. It is because of them and how easy they make having a rental that I am looking for more! Thanks People Helping Others!

My experience with People Helping Others Property Management has been nothing but positive. They rented out my place very quickly and everyone I've met have been professional and courteous. Recently, a construction defect with my condo was found and Greg, Kevin and their maintenance staff took ownership into getting it repaired. I would have struggled trying to find the right contractors on my own because of the complexity of the defect.
They knew who to contact and was able to get the job completed. Also, they are available anytime I needed to talk with them and are always on top of things. I couldn't be more pleased.
