The manager is rude, never gives you your lease to renew until a few days before it's time to move out then blames you. She moved only her friends in and let's them get away with hell on earth. She blackmails tenants by giving them eviction notices for no reason then says if they pay her 2500 dollars she'll let them stay and when they do, she kicks them out anyway just to move her friends in. and to top it off she throws their belongings in the parking lot and tells tenants to take whatever they want for free before the evicted tenant can get back to pick them up.

Office staff is rude. Attempted to move here paid my application and admin fee was told if I pay 150 security deposit they would send me my address. Go in a day before move in and Cindy was rude and dismissive accused my husband and I of fraud paperwork and changed the unit we were supposed to move in a day before I was to move in. Asked for our security deposit and she said no we couldn't get our security deposit.

I'm so glad we didn't move here. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. Do not move to the chase off Eastchase in Fort Worth or deal with Wells asset management they will go off of hear say not facts.

Its no coincidence the only poitive review is from an employee. When you seen the name Wells Asset attached to any property Run! This company has built a legacy of run down property and poor customer service. All the people they hire are the rejects and crooks that have been spit out by the industry. I made the mistake of living at one of thier properties which was comparable to the living conditions of a third world country.

I spoke with Rhonda Floyd who avoided my calls and was extremely unprofessional. She was aware that our apartment was with out water for 4 days (during Christmas) and refused to do anything about it. The folks at Wells Asset Mgmt lack integrity and honor. Let the other reviews speak for themselves. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I wouldn't even rate this company a star. PLEASE DO NOT rent from this property. The customer service is absolutely terrible and they have terrible mold in their apartments. When you complain about the mold, they say "it's a part of life". It is absurd how they handle their customer complaints. I have been sick for months due to their mold and can barely reside in my apartment and yet they still have not dealt with this issue.

The lady named Margo, who works in the leasing office is the worst. I have never received this type of service in my life. She was so rude to me and very unprofessional. I should have listened to the reviews because clearly this place sucks. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else.

This is a great company to work for! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. This company really cares about their residents and employees. Wish we weren't moving or I'd still be with them!

I use to be a happy resident, that is not so anymore. Since the previous manager left the property has declined. It is no longer crime free or nice. The property does not deserve the Gold Star any longer. There is no 24hr emergency maintenance (we went 2 days without access to our toilets), no access to laundry room anymore, and parking is a joke. Cameras were installed years ago on property for the safety of the property and residents, NOT SO ANY LONGER!

My vehicle has been vandalized, one stolen, property broken and stolen from in front of my patio and when I asked the manager if she could please review camera activity everytime I was told, "No." So why even have cameras if they are not here for our safety. I have been here for years and just recently started putting in work orders and now it seems my family is being retaliated against for requesting that the property see that the work orders are done.

Some of the work orders put in were marked as completed without the work even being done. I have to go back to the office or re-enter an order to get it completed and even then it is done sloppy for what ever reason. These are just a few issues my family has been having to endure. I have called corporate and left messages concerning these issues and have yet to receive a response back. (it has been 6+ months) I have been a prompt paying tenant of 5+ years and was given notice saying that I will not be renewed.

I have no lease violations, no noise complaints against me, no breaking of zero tolerance policy, in the contrary, I keep my area clean, pull weeds out of front of my patio and clean my breezeway, they have no logical reason to not renew me. Springhollow use to be the best place to live, NOT ANY MORE!

I've been living at one of their properties in Farmers Branch, going on 3 years not. Not Londan Square. I heard that place sucks. But as far as the management team here and Kelly at the office, they have always taken care of any needs. HVAC, Blind replacement, plumbing issues etc. I love where i live and appreciate the team and Kelly very much.

Horrible Horrible management company. Kelly Sours (property manager) comes of rude and difficult to correspond with. They've double billed me for utilities every month since they took over my property, and Kelly hadn't responded to me from Feb 15th to March 15th. Her response was to ask me what I was reaching out to her about.several emails were sent to connect with her over this time with no answer. Judging by these reviews this is not out of the ordinary for this company.

If I didn't already live here, I wouldn't move in, and I recommend that you consider this poor management when looking for a place to live. They also billed me almost $200 one month for electricity, then $30 the next. Garbage, not concierge door to door pick up.but walking it to the dumpster yourself is $45/month. None of my concerns have been answered by Kelly, and she hasn't directed me to anyone else available to help.

My car was wrongfully towed from a visitors parking spot at Rose Gate Apartments in Garland, TX poorly managed by Wells Asset Management. My car was towed from a visitors parking spot at Rose Gate Apartments poorly managed by Wells Asset Management. The resident, my friend, works a lot and travels quite often so I keep her kids for her on the weekends and when she has business out of town since about October 2016.

I woke up last Saturday June 10th 2017 to find my car was gone. I called the towing company very upset wanting to know why my car was wrongfully towed from a VISITORS PARKING SPACE. She informed me "you need a VISITOR PASS to park in a parking spot marked VISITOR PARKING". This absolutely made no logical sense to me due to the fact I have been parking in the same parking spot since October 2016 along with any visitors I may have without any type of parking pass.

I then called my friend, the resident, letting her know what happen and she stated she has NEVER heard about needing a visitor pass to park in a visitor space. Might I add, she purchased a car end of MARCH of this year and her car was towed the same day it was purchased because of this office's ridiculous hours of not being open on the weekends, therefore she was unable to get a sticker for the new car to park in front of her home.

When she called the leasing office and spoke with a Lillian Calloway, whom was very rude, Ms. Calloway went on to ask "Well why didn't you just park in a visitor's space if you did not have a parking pass?". CONTRADICTION! I went to get my friends car from the yard that day and PARK IT IN A VISITORS PARKING SPACE AS TOLD BY LILLIAN CALLOWAY TIL SHE GOT BACK MONDAY MORNING.

The car was untouched. Now back to present day. I called the leasing office Monday 6/12 and spoke with Ms. Calloway. She stated passes are required to park in a visitor parking spot and notices were sent out in FEBRUARY. I went on to ask her, "Why would you tell your resident in MARCH when her car was towed that she should have parked in a visitors parking space if she didn't have a sticker if this was incorrect. CONTRADICTION!

She completely avoided my statement and rudely told me that it's the residents responsibility to let their guest know the policies. I was completely livid at this point and I asked for a manager. She stated she was the manager. I told her I refuse to believe you are the manager with your incompetence to handle things like a manager. I then asked for her name.

She only gave me her first name. I asked for her last name. She refused to give me her last name. After going back and forth with me on why I needed her last name for a couple of minutes which was ridiculous, she finally gave me her last name. I then asked for the corporate number. She refused to give me this information and asked why I needed this number.

I simply said to call it. She continued to refuse me this information, which if I'm not mistaken, is required to be given if asked for. I just hung up the phone and called my friend. She had to leave work to go to the office and speak with this woman. Ms. Calloway took forever to find these notices that were "supposedly" sent out in February. My friend told her that she has never seen these notices and she gets everything that is put on her door.

She also reminded her that she, Lillian Calloway, told her to park in a visitors parking spot if she doesn't have a sticker in March but this notice was "supposedly" sent out in February. MAYBE BECAUSE THEY GET A PERCENTAGE OF THESE TOWING. At this point Lillian was no help at all to us. Making it worse actually. With this being my friends first time every seeing these notices, she went to ask 2 of her neighbors if they have ever seen the notices and said NO and that their visitors always park in a visitors parking space without any parking passes.

I do not believe these notices went out due. The manager is absolutely rude and has poor customer services skills. I am absolutely livid that I am out of $370 and I will not stop until I am reimbursed for this.

They manage London Square Apartments. Over the past couple of years, I've been fighting the deterioration of the area (as in, the complex was becoming quite ghetto). Now, to retaliate, the management company has decided I should be kicked out, rather than them fixing the problems. Is it my fault the management at the complex starts her day at 10 a.m., thereby ensuring late payment of rent?

Or is it my fault that the manager picks unruly tenants to rent here? The rent keeps going up at London Square, but the maintenance has gone down the crapper. They'd rather make excuses, instead of supporting the tenants. Don't count on Wells Asset Management to do the right thing and look after tenants at their properties.
