Frank and team managed our property as a rental for several years followed by the subsequent sale of the property in Jan 2022. Our experience in both aspects was hassle free and easy. Frank is very practical and knowledgeable and does not hesitate to share his recommendations. The sale of our townhome was completed in less than 30 days. Special shout out to Durria who was our main point of contact in helping us out with upgrades, repair work etc before the property was put up for sale. She is really responsive, friendly and quick. Frank and team managed my last condo rental (I was the tenant). The lease signing, move in and out expectations, who to contact for what, etc. was clearly laid out at the offset which eliminated uncertainty or headaches. They were very responsive and always friendly. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

After reading all the wonderful reviews for this business, I went ahead and applied for a rental. Based on the reviews, it seemed the team would be responsive and professional. Well, the team is not responsive. After applying, I was invited to tour the property, but then did not hear from anyone. Even after I sent multiple attempts to communicate. Frank eventually sent a text message to let me know I was not selected to be offered the rental.

That is absolutely understandable due to demand. What is unacceptable and unprofessional is the team not being responsive. The utter disregard for providing a simple response is a complete lack of appreciation for customers. This week it happened again. I found a property I became interested in leasing, which happens to be represented by this business, unfortunately. Well, I sent them multiple attempts to communicate, and express my interest in leasing the property, and as of the writing of this Review, I have not heard back from any single person at this business.

When I call their office, the call has always 100% of the time gone to voicemail. The voicemail directs the caller to send a text message. They have not responded, and I no longer expect them to respond. This is a very low style of operating, and customers deserve better. It is not an unreasonable expectation at all, for customers to receive a response from a business with which we conduct business.

I suppose they are responsive to renters selected for a lease, and that is wonderful, as it should be. On the other hand, all customers deserve at least a response to an inquiry. The moment we pay the processing fee, and submit an application, we become a customer. Even if the customer is not selected for a lease, the customer deserves communication, at the very least.

If anyone at their office dares to respond to this Review, know this: it will be out of convenience because I have made this Review public. Be aware of this regarding this business, and good luck with your housing needs.

Asked Frank to manage my property in San Diego, based on a reco from my CPA. It was a good thing I switched to working with Frank from my previous management. Whereas the previous management company (SDRPM) broke my bank account over a period of ~ 2 years and cost me tens of thousands of dollars literally with what were excessive and needless maintenance requests and such - working with Frank has been painless, stress free and very economical.

He found me a tenant in less than 2 weeks. I haven't had to speak to him more than a few times, despite the fact that I'm a new customer of his: everything has been handled efficiently and quietly. This has been a very good decision for me, stress wise and economics wise: I'd definitely recommend Frank highly to anybody looking to have their property professionally managed.

I rented from Frank for a 1 year lease. I broke the lease early and had to pay the contractual breaking fee but he worked very hard to find a tenant to take over the lease with no gaps in vacancy so I was not left paying out the remainder of the lease. The place was a condo and was not professionally cleaned when i moved in due to the timing of my move in but, as promised, Frank and team were very fair and reasonable upon my move out.

I received 100% of my deposit back. For maintenance during tenancy, Frank and team were responsive and easy to work with. The places he rents are owned homes and condo's, so do not expect a brand new apartment. What you can expect is a small team of dedicated property management professionals who communicate and provide a high level of service to tenants. Definitely the easiest and most transparent property management group I have ever worked with. :

Frank and his team helped us buy our first house in San Diego. Being a first-time buyer, and new to San Diego, we did not know much about the local housing market. Right from our first meeting, Frank was extremely professional and helped me understand the entire process.
