1. They do not respond to any correspondence or phone call. Always get voicemail when you call... Ponzi!
2. Charge homeowners $1 (each guest) for parking pass. Cannot make error or scratch pass or your guest will be two $175.00... yes I have proof!
3. They do not state on parking pass guest have to park in visitor section. Note: no where on our grounds does it show or state "visitor" parking... so yes a lot of people are towed... even new homeowners... not in hoa docs prior to buying.... $175 every two no exceptions... Ponzi... yes I have proof!

They do not send receipts via mail or email when you mail a check... Ponzi. If there was a hell no for recommendations... I would select it.
HenningerPopp stop stealing our money and give us 1 free pass for our guest so we can stop having to pay $30 every month and send my hoa payment receipts!!!! Ponzi no money trail! How is this legal!!!! My next step is to on www.BBB.org!

When I moved in to my townhouse 10+ years ago it was a great place! The grass was nicely mowed, the gardeners meticulously pulled weed, plants and shrubs were replaced with the slightest showing of a flaw. The units drives were nicely maintained. The general ground were well kept and clean. Since Henninger Popp took over as property manager the general grounds have gone down hill!
We went from getting mulch twice yearly to once every two years if were lucky! The plants have overgrown and died. A tree that had fallen into our retention pond 2 years ago still remains exactly where it fell! Countless calls to the property management has not gotten this problem resolved. There were residents with broken outside light fixtures that had to wait months and months to even get the problem looked at! A leekey roof was ignored and cause damaged to a unit. I would not recommend using this property management unless you would like to decrees the value of your unit.
