This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Notices? Forget about it. But be fined because they never mailed it? You bet ya. These people are unprofessional, think they are better than any tenant calling even though they WORK FOR US *they collect monthly payments right*? Do yourself a FAVOR, IF THE PROPERTY YOU ARE LOOKING AT IS MANAGED BY API, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

You pay your association fees that really only includes them cutting the grass. The landscaping looks terrible and you're not allowed to do your own landscaping further than 2 feet from your unit. They will fine you for everything at the first chance they get but won't respond to requests that require them to spend money or do work. There are residents who are on the board and just watch your every move, looking for any chance to report you and fine you. It's ridiculous and pathetic. Worst association I have ever dealt with. The association is major contributing factor tfor us getting ready to sell our condo here.

The worst property management company. Association Partners should be rated 0 stars. Our homeowners spent over $4K to replace decks. Decks were assembled with poor material and stained over a year later, incorrectly. When notified of the issue they mentioned it would be corrected before the contractor was paid. Association Partners never fixed it.
Then they claimed the company that did the work scammed them! As a result of their poor management we now new decks are needed for a cost of $5-6K Last of all if you have any concerns/complaints the staff will NEVER return your call.

This place is terrible. Any five star reviews are their friends, family or paid reviews. If you association pays their crazy rates, be prepared for terrible service. They will take out the board remembers for dinners, on your association dues. If you get Sue to deal with your association, just know she wont respond to anything. If she does, she is always snarky and rude!

Zero stars if this was an option! This management company is an absolute joke. I've left multiple messages and emails regarding different issues and they never respond! When I do finally get in touch with someone they make up excuses and give the run around about everything. The worst part is that one of the board members CAME TO MY HOUSE on a Sunday afternoon and rang my doorbell to hand me a copy of our rules/regulations packet highlighting that my garbage cans needed to be put in my garage. Are you kidding me?
You knock on my door for something that's never even been addressed via mail/email before? Where does it say board members have the right to come directly to your house and bombard you with "violations"? That is unacceptable. You do not go to someone's house and approach them over something that is supposed to be addressed via email- ACCORDING TO THE ASSOCIATIONS RULES.
When I contacted the management company over this no one ever responded. Shocker. In addition, they contract landscaping and snow removal companies that cannot do their jobs correctly. Our house was the ONLY one on the block that didn't receive new mulch during the summer when the landscapers were laying new mulch for each house. When the woman stopped by my house that Sunday regarding the garbage cans I even asked her why my house was the only one to not get new mulch and she said because they landscapers ran out! Are you kidding?
This is what I pay all this money for each month? If they ran out then they need to go get more because EVERY house should receive new mulch. I also contacted the management company over the mulch situation and never got a response. As of today, all of our driveways are covered in sheets of ice. There was no snow removal two days ago when we had a decent amount of snow fall.
No one came to clear the driveways or spread salt so now our driveways are practically impossible to walk on. When I called the management company this morning she said they aren't contracted until November 15th to have snow removal and they didn't anticipate any snow before then and that no one will be out before then to clean our driveways. So I pay all these association fees THAT INCLUDE SNOW REMOVAL- to have to clean my own driveway? What am I even paying for at this point if landscaping and snow removal are not done properly? This management company is terrible.

A dishonest company who does not serve the community. The company does not answer phone calls, does not respond to e-mails in a timely manner or effectively handle disputes. Our community was defrauded my a deck builder by approximately $5K per unit due to their lack of oversight. In short if you want to throw your money away pick this as the association to run your community.

Association Partners is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend it to anyone under any circumstances. They do not give a sh*t about your property. They will not control the quality of works, they will not be interested in keeping your place looking its best, they will not return your emails and phone calls, they do not know how to do their job. Their pricing is ridiculous and managers are nonsense! Those who left 5-star reviews have been paid by Association Partners to do so for sure!

Our homeowner association recently changed to this management company and we have already noticed a positive difference compared to our previous management companies. When you call there is always someone there to answer and they also respond to your emails in a timely matter. I did read some of the reviews and it looks like some folks don't understand that your management company is limited by what your home association board members allow them to do. Pay your HOA fees on time folks and everything will just be fine.

Awful company, plain and simple. They do not take the safety of their residents into account. For example, parking lots and walkways are not salted when snow and rain and frozen temperatures are clearly in the forecast or actively happening. Wildlife such as skunks and opossums always roaming around the buildings in the other three seasons. It is unsafe for the residents and the many dogs in these homes to even go outside half the time.
They do not care about the property of their residents. For example, a tree was dripping sap over my second parking spot and a vistor's spot. Unless cleaned immediately, sap can cause major damage to your vehicle. When asked about possible removing the tree or at the very least trimming it tree back, our response was "we will send out landscapers to see what can be done." No one came.
Nothing was done about the tree. The are careless with the money of their residents. I had trouble getting onto the auto pay for their association fees. Required several emails, several explanations of the same situation, and several fees being sent at me for not paying even though they were the ones to not enter my auto pay info. I will be selling as soon as financially possible. Association Partners is 100% at fault for that stance. The area is nice, the townhouse I own is nice. The assocation? Miserable.
