Raquel was awesome! Had a problem with getting my parking sticker. My van had gotten towed one night, and she put me on the No tow list for a few weeks till I could get my sticker for my license plate, had troubles passing emissions. Needed all this before I could get parking sticker from Association. She needs a raise! Went above and beyond, not many people do that.

I called Raquel Ramos, Customer Service Representative this evening with a request for HOA approval as soon as possible so that my contractor can replace my existing 80 efficiency furnace. with a 95 efficiency furnace. Any furnace above 80 requires venting with PVC piping. Rachel Ramos went above and beyond to answer all my questions, explain the process and sent me the information that is needed to accomplish my request. Rachel has the expertise, personality and dedication to her job that is valuable to your company. It is my hope that Rachel Ramos is compensated and recognized for her exceptional customer service skills. Rachel is outstanding and I appreciate all her help.

If you're thinking about buying a property that is owned by ACM I guarantee you it's gonna turn into a nightmare. After being in the hospital for having my daughter I was hit with a violation for leaving our garbage cans out and when I tried to explain to them what had happened they didn't care and continued as a violation on my record. They have harassed me over and over and over about my animals.

And pay close attention to what paperwork you are signing when it comes to closing on an ACM property, They will sneak in there that they have not done an inspection on the property and anything that they find out a violation after you buy it you will be fined for. They will harass you and find every little thing that they can charge you for just so they can squeeze any Money out of you.

This is absolutely the worst property management I have ever had to deal with and I can't wait until I sell my property. I fair Warn any potential buyers to stay far far away from this very corrupt business.

Raquel at ACM is a life saver. Her customer service was outstanding in a difficult situation. She took all the time that was needed to make sure my issue was fixed. She does get 5 stars. I would of overall gave 5 stars if it was not for my first encounter with Jackie, which she had 0 customer service. This review would be a mile long if I went into detail of how much she dropped the ball. I would recommend that Jackie be retrained in customer service from someone like Raquel. If Raquel is not a manager, she needs to be promoted. Once again thank you Raquel.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Stephanie Wawczak, one of the best Customer Service Supervisors that I have every dealt my entire life. Stephanie has continually gone above and beyond to assist me with any issue I have encountered. She is kind, pleasant and has amazing follow through. When she says it will be taken care of. you can rest assured it is!

We all have had moments where nothing seems to go right - well I had that moment a few times lately and Stephanie has always been there to assist and resolve my issues. Its not easy being in customer service these days, but Stephanie makes it look easy. Thank you Stephanie! I appreciate you!

Being a board member and a resident of community I experienced this worst company. especially when I came to sell my unit this company gave really hard time and delayed the process by months not just weeks. If my lawyer asked a document they replied after weeks on multiple demands. I don't see any proper response and professionalism in this company. Better you people stay away from them.
