Years of disappointing management. Managers likely spread too thin but they do not answer questions in a timely manner, seem unfamiliar with the property and its maintenance needs, often need to be chased down to schedule needed maintenance. Questions often simply go unanswered, seems to be no tracking or follow through for enforcing HOA rules with renters and owners.

We enjoy everything about living at Galaxie Sellwood! The apartment was immaculate when we moved in, and we love the building amenities, as well as the building location-close to everything you need. Savannah, ( apt. mgr.) could not have been more helpful in describing the apartments and the Sellwood area as we were renting from out of state. It was exactly as she described.
