It is difficult to know where to begin, but as tenants, our experience was horrendous. The owner of the property is fantastic, but she made a poor choice in choosing the Phillips Group to manage her property. The Phillips Group failed to address service requests in a timely fashion and allowed new tenants to move in before the agreed upon date. They treated my partner as the sole tenant of the property despite my name being on the lease.
I was left off of correspondence despite explicitly requesting to be included in all communication. We moved out because of the lack of professionalism and game playing by Cari Phillips. We purchased a home a mile away from the rental and will never look back. Of course, there is more to the story but trust me when I say that you do not want to do business with this company.

We were shocked and greatly relieved at the level of assistance we received from Mandy. Long story short, we were in a pickle and needed to find a safe and centrally located home for my very independent 80 year old mother within a 48 hour time period. The staff at The Phillips Group has been consistently friendly, helpful and responsive in every interaction. Setting up in a new office comes with needs large and small, and The Phillips Group has been very timely in bringing in and coordinating services, and we've been left pleased with all the work.
