I have rented from Real Property management premiere network for about 2 years now, very personable. Any concern i have they take care of, and in a respectable timeframe. Steve is great, I like that I know who is coming to my home when I have an issue. No complaints here. Would recommend to family or friends with no concerns. Their application fee was fair and the process was easy.

Use these guys! Stop managing yourself! TOP QUALITY SERVICE, owners can be "hands off" and enjoy FULL MANAGEMENT that more than pays for itself with TOP RENTS and peace of mind! I've used 3 different management companies at this point and even managed myself for a time and nothing compares to this company. Real Property Management Premier Network is the best by a mile!
They actually do what they say they will, screening tenants, collecting rents, evict when necessary, protect you as the owner, just incredible service that gives any owner the priceless peace of mind necessary to keep their investments and expand long term! I always hoped for a full service company like this but it takes a few frustrating tryouts to find a good one as with anything.
Very happy now with them in my corner and I recommend them to all my clients and friends looking for management of their rentals. So nice to know someone else is on top of it all. I sleep soundly knowing I could be overseas for months on end and it would not matter as my income property would continue running like a top which is all anyone could hope for with full service management. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! With these guys on board I'm confident and looking to double the size of my portfolio in the next year.

Awesome experience working with Steve and Deb! Thrilled with their all inclusive property management services! Would highly recommend, and plan to use them for my real estate portfolio for the foreseeable future. Responsive, quick turn around with rents and well known in the area! Feel very lucky to have found them!

Ok everyone, buckle up for this one. I don't rent from this company, but today I went through a ton of effort to get out of work early to gather my wife and two very young kids to go view a property at 14 stark hwy S in Dunbarton, NH which this company listed on Zillow. So in the post, they talk about a peaceful and charming 3b, 1b cape house. First of all- the post says it was built in 1840, however the wooden plaque on the front of the house read either 1786 or 1789- either way 70 years makes a huge difference in setting the value/quality of a house, especially one posted to be on the near end of 200 years old.
I'm pretty sure the house was actually built before mankind even discovered the first dinosaur fossil- fact check that but I'm pretty sure I'm close. America was either ten or thirteen, but still a young and confusing age. The man who showed us the property, bless his heart, was very nice to us- but I honestly think him showing us the house was the result of losing a bet.
He confirmed the house was built in the 1700's but in a way that sounded like that isn't a major concern for something that isn't a preserved historical landmark. It gets way better- when we got there, we parked in front of a tiny barn shaped shed. If you see the post, it's the small red structure adjoined to the house. The property manager asked me to move our car because that's the neighbor's driveway.
The next house is a great distance away, so I was confused, but who knows it could just be an arrangement with the neighbor down the road. So on our way in, we immediately notice a medium sized dog frantically barking at us. Not saying he looked mean, just odd that a dog would be there, but who am I to judge? Then I saw the dog was tied up next to a clothesline that had clothing hanging from it.
Again odd, but it's not ready to move in until July so maybe the owner's there working on the place. Then I saw the dingy washing machine through an open doorway on the barn. That's when it hit me- neighbor's driveway, the dog, the clothes. THERE IS SOMEONE LIVING IN THAT SHED, AND NOT JUST SOMEONE, BUT A COUPLE. This was listed as a single family home.
The property manager confirmed this and said they have been there for several years. It can't be safe or sanitary- the entire property, both house and barn, were rotten from the foundation up. It was pretty much sitting on gravel. The paint was flaking off. You could almost hear the roof struggling to get its singles off fast enough. The dining room floor could be used as a half pipe in a skate park.
There was a gaping hole in the wall in the closet of the 1st floor bedroom. The property manager said the pipes froze over the winter. He said that they weren't able to fix it until the tenants moved out. It's June. Were the old tenants not able to pay their bills? Did they not let the maintenance crew in or did they never show up to fix it? Either way, how long was the water running through those broken pipes?
With a house already almost 100 years older than the civil war- mold should be an alarming concern. The closer- a frail thin door approaching its tricentennial anniversary with an equally unimpressive little lock was the only thing separating what would be my girls' living room from direct access to- you guessed it- the barn. I'm to blame for looking at the pictures posted and thinking it was a pleasant home with antique charm, especially given that those photos are either photoshopped or 40 years old.
It's a dump. That post was extremely misleading and certainly fraudulent. They should not be allowed to use the internet without adult supervision. Anyone with kids knows how hard it is to get them looking nice, pile them in the car and try to be anywhere at a predetermined time. My time was thoroughly wasted, and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
I gave the man my card, not in hope that they'll call me back to see another place, but that if he actually gets someone to rent there he will call me looking for a job in our sales division.

Awful Deb the owner will lie to you and tell you she is sending experts out to look at your leaky roof or your other problems, and it's really her husband the maintenance man. She will acknowledge your problems, then do nothing about them. My advice do as I did call the code enforcer. I did and right now as we speak her team is rushing around the down sakes apartment getting it ready for inspection.
My apartment still isn't rid of the mice I have been complaining about since Novemeber but the vacant apartment down stairs will be livable. I brought home my newborn baby on Dec 12 th and begged for someone to take care of the rodents, still as of today 5 weeks later she finally has a man coming tomorrow. Don't rent from a building being managed by them, and don't let them manage your building.

Absolutely terrible company. I don't even know where to begin. They take forever to fix any issue that the house may have, we spent many many days without running water, working heat, or hot water throughout our year lease. It took me 5 months of asking to get a new mailbox and gutter on the house. They ignore phone calls/emails/everything. We are still struggling to get our security deposit back because they felt it was necessary to charge us for ridiculous things, when we cleaned/did what we were supposed to when we moved out. They have ignored all forms of contact from us for the past 3 weeks as well. Don't ever rent from them.

Lousy is the best word. they treat their renters with little to no respect, and they do not manage property well at all. everyday there is a new issue with their properties, they take forever to send help, and their so called handi men are only good at putting temporary bandaids on large problems. be very cautious with this company, you may just find yourself up a very nasty creek, asking yourself, why did i end up here. Property owners beware, your rental property will be neglected and poorly maintained by real property management.
