Real Property Management West Valley

I worked with Lisa to switched over to RPM PV about a year ago and really like working with her and her team. Their tenant occupied inspections are the most detailed that I have ever seen. I had a tenant when I 1st started with them and he complained about them coming through and then I saw the inspection report and understand why b/c he had people living my place that weren't supposed to be. Lydia helped with getting those tenants out and Mark got me new tenants who are really taking care of my house. I am happy I made the change!

RPM Phoenix Valley is a lifesaver! Our one-year lease is up the end of this month and the owner decided to list the house for sale so we thought we would be homeless. But the leasing team called us right away and is moving us into another property that they manage pretty close to where we live now and we even have a few weeks in both places to move! We are so happy to continuing renting with them and to not be homeless. Thank you, RPM!

This property manager company is straight trash on fire . Beware! Everything is great until you move in. 1. Random unexpected home visit. They don't care if your home or not. No note or message left. So you don't know who came in. 2. I have a broken water valve for 2 months. It took them 2 months to address the situation. Plus I have to call them multiple times. 3.

My refrigerator broke and it took them 2-3 weeks to address the situation. 4. Holes all over the house from woodpeckers! I called the property management to fix it for the home owner. NOTHING was ever done. 5. Multiple hidden fees with the rent plus when you move out. I have a professional cleaning service "clean before moving out" they charged me $95 for 1 toilet. $199 for a carpet that was 5x5 ** this is honestly my first Google review on a company, beware of the property management. They might be friendly to the home owners but not the renters! The Google reviews for this company was B.S it's probably the workers themselves writing it

RPM has done a great job managing my property over the years and is responsive to questions/issues. They were great helping me sell the place when it came time, doing so quickly and for a good price. I highly recommend.

I have been so pleased through the years of my experience with RPM Phoenix Valley. I first started with them in 2015 with one house and then added two more over the years. In 2021 I decided to sell all of my rentals in the Phoenix and CA market. I live in CA so I could be hands on with that sales process but I relied on Lisa and her team to handle the sale of the three in Phoenix. Lisa and her team worked diligently to get me way over the asking price and with no repairs needed. If I decide to buy again the Phoenix area I will definitely use Lisa and her staff again!

I am currently renting from RPM Phoenix Valley and have been very pleased with the property management. Our apartment has needed several services (toilet running, sprinklers broken) and each time, Art has acted on the request quickly. They have a portal for payments and requests that have made the process easy. They are one of the better management companies that I've rented from so far.

I have used RPM since 2009 for my three properties I owned in Buckeye. Over the years I have had no evictions and limited repairs. When I sold these properties this year Lisa did a great job as well on the sales side. I am very happy with the job RPM did and will use them again if the real estate market thanks again

I rented through RPM for just over 3 years. They are near impossible to get a hold of and just when you think you're familiar with the staff there is someone new working. There's no communication and the maintenance crew is useless. To get anything repaired is like pulling teeth with no anesthesia. Upon moving in in 2018 I had outlets without wall plates or were just hanging off the wall.

Before moving I had repairs that still went unfulfilled. When they decided to not let me renew my lease I decided to look at their other properties that were listed for rent in the east valley. Two of which I wouldn't even walk through because of the string chemical smells, the mold inside the house and bugs inside the house. Upon leaving your property they have "expectations " for the property to be "move in ready" or else you will be fined or have monies removed from your deposit.

After viewing other properties that's obviously not the case in the condition that they allow you to view vacant ones. This business is not even BBB accredited and I can see why. Save yourself the hassle and rent with another company.

My husband and I have rented through RPM for a year now and would highly recommend them to friends and family. They are always quick to respond and organized. It was our first time renting through an agency so we were a little nervous, but RPM has put our minds at ease. We decided to rent our current condo for an additional year thanks to the rent price and renewal process being so reasonable and worry free. Thanks, RPM!
