I am a Mortgage Lender who had the opportunity to work with Libby Rogers at City Property Management Co. We find there are very few Property Management Co.'s that are willing to assist Lenders with the process of Condo Project Approval. But today I had the pleasure of working with Libby who not only returned my call in a timely manner (within 30 minutes of my initial email to her), but who also provided as much detailed information as possible in order for us, the Lender to move forward with the closing of the Borrower loan transaction. Libby was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
She truly went above and beyond to assist with the process to close our loan. She even took the time to send a follow-up email after our phone conversation, thanking ME for my time and offering further assistance. Truly a breath of fresh air and a Property Management Company I would highly recommend, and one I hope to work with again in the future. Thank You Libby for your assistance!

My correspondence with City Property Management for my current home has been actually very responsive and helpful. Bernice was able to help me with a recent request in a much quicker manner than I anticipated. This is a massive relief from trying to get information on a property in phoenix last year from someone else. We need more Bernice's in the world.

I order condominium documentation for home loans quite often, and City Property Management was by far the easiest and the quickest I've ever experienced. I love that you can itemize what documents you will require instead of having to get bundled options. Libby Rogers was the account service who I worked with and she was wonderful!

I am a homeowner and City Property Management is responsible for our community. I have lived in HOA communities since 1988. I have experienced many community managers and have even done the job myself. I can't say enough about Caroline - great service, diligent - even when I got a violation, professional in difficult situations. I am impressed with the accurate recordkeeping and digital acknowledgement of my payment each month. This company and the employees I have contacted are doing a fantastic job.

I called Bernice on a Wednesday to ask if I could get them to trim a tree in the green space behind my home and a couple days later they showed up and trimmed the tree. Bernice was very nice and followed up immediately. I was pleasantly surprised because the last property management took 9 months and numerous calls. A big thumbs up to Bernice for doing a great job.

In a world where most management companies can be hassle to deal with, City Property Management is the exact opposite. The condo I rent from uses this company for their HOA needs. For being a fairly big complex, I feel like each request is done promptly and correctly. Bernice Mejia in particular is always quick to respond to maintenance requests and is very professional with her replies.
I never feel like I am being a bother when I have to message her about something at the complex. She and the rest of the staff seem to truly care about the needs of their clients. This management company is a huge reason why the complex I live at always is well maintained and so cozy. It's always nice to see HOA fees being put to good use. Even though I am renting a condo from an owner, they always treat me with respect and do not delay with something as simple as changing a light bulb.

Libby Rogers is outstanding! I am a Coldwell Banker Realtor in Arizona, one of our properties went under contract and the HOA is managed by City Property Management. We own a condo at Sunrise. Hayden Road in Scottsdale. Property manager is Erin Scott who is efficient and very professional in her handling of matters on property. 1.her handling of Covid was exemplary.followed guidelines and health regulations even when people were upset about the rules (closures of pool and gym) 2.through email and virtual monthly zoom meeting she has kept owners updated on happenings around the property. 3.the voted in members appear to be keen on creating and keeping Sunrise as a well kept and maintained property.
