Solera is a beautiful 55+ senior community located in Beaumont, California. Beaumont is in Riverside County in the San Gorgonio Pass between San Bernardino and Palm Springs. Sun Lakes Realty handles rentals for home owners in Sun Lakes Country Club. They do not tell future tenants of rules and regulations that they know might make the tenant not be a good fit for the property.even when the tenant asks several times about the rules and regulations. Knowing what size vehicles the tenant has because that question is ask on the application.and not letting the tenant know in advance about the Sun Lakes parking rule that all vehicles must be in the garage from midnight to 6am and not warning them that their vehicles might not fit.is a problem.

Be aware of the real-estate agents in this office that keep you hanging on until they can find there own buyer and double end the deal. Not professional at all. I wouldn't even attempt to buy another house in this community from them for sure. And ethics comes to mind when they take there oath to sell house and also creed. I will be posting form a bunch of other emails until this kind of activity stops.

Our house was listed with Sun Lakes Realty for 8 weeks. In that time, the Agent initiated 2, maybe 3 phone calls to Seller, but does reply if Seller initiates the call. Agent brought most of the Sun Lakes Realty Associates thru the house, via a caravan, most complimented on the beauty & how easy it would be to sell, yet not one of the Associates brought a buyer thru for showing.
In fact only 5 buyers viewed the house in 8 weeks & not a single offer; not even a low ball offer. Terrible! Yes the asking price might be high, as compared to low ball area sales, but you get what you pay for and 5 buyers viewing the house in 8 weeks is unacceptable! Don't feel Sun Lakes Realty performed to the best of their ability; certainly not to expectations & NOT willing to try them again.
