Wow! This company is the worst. Good luck getting your rental security deposit back. I kept calling Carolina and all she would say is their is nothing she can do, which is odd since she was the leasing manager. I took me over two months to receive my money back. They only have one person in their office working, so you can't even get transferred to any department because she's the only one that answers ha! I kept getting the runaround as to why my money was not sent out. I finally threatened to sue them and that's when my check finally was sent out. Go elsewhere

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Formatic is terrible. Service requests go unanswered for months, and Formatic sends unqualified, bottom tier contractors. They always have some BS excuse for why service isn't provided in a timely, professional manner. Their reps are rude and dishonest.
