I've been with moist realtors for about 13 to 14 years now and I really had no problem with them, there professional as company's grow they improve, I've made a few mistakes and they are vary understanding. These realtors give you your privacy. I never called them on small repairs, I just took care of them, the roof was leaking so I told them and they were on it the fallowing week, water heater went out and the next day I had a new waterheater. Thank you moist now Titan, I enjoyed this time and now I'm off to another journey in life.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Renting a property with Moist was quick and everything that lined up seemed too good to be true. First, they gave us gate clickers to our apartment complex that did NOT work and we had to wait a couple of days for them to tell us it was a configuration issue. So for the first few days, my two roommates and I had to wait outside our gate for someone to let us into the complex. Secondly, the apartment had come with a fridge that was already installed.

When the fridge stopped working, we called Moist and they sent a repairman who said he needed a part to get it fixed, but since the fridge was old it was likely to break down again. Fast forward four more appointments of repairmen coming to say the exact same thing as the first, we asked Moist if they would just remove the fridge and take it to the dump.

They initially refused because of the warranty still on the fridge but after about a total of 5 or 6 repairman appointments, they finally listened to us. Moist let us live in our home for 3 months without a working refrigerator and did not even offer to help or compensate for all the food, time, and energy that was wasted trying to contact them to get it removed.

This was extremely unprofessional on their part. We ended up having to buy and bring in our own fridge, and Moist compensated us for only $350 - of which we asked for $500 and they said no. Lastly, Rob and his team are extremely avoidant of all complaints. I remember calling them so many times and hardly getting a response until weeks later. Unprofessional and greedy, I beg of all of you to AVOID Moist Realtors!

They requested a $2700 security deposit (which was paid) that has not been returned nor have I received a statement from Moist about it since I have moved out at the end of my lease. If they try to reach out to me after I leave this review, without returning my deposit, they will be hearing from me through my lawyer.

I texted the agent (Rob) and didn't hear back. I then called and received no called back. I made the effort to call the actual office, tell them the situation and get a secondary contact. The secondary guy picks up the phone sounding annoyed that I was interrupting his day, said he'd get Robert coleman to call me back and didn't hear back. Guess the California real estate market is doing well enough still during a global pandemic. Good luck and well done guys! Excellent customer service

I have rented with several different property management companies and Moist is definitely the WORST I have encountered in all my years. Terrible customer service. Rob and his staff should be ashamed. Save your money and time and look elsewhere, or else they will take it and run!

From my very first phone call to inquire about a rental property Monique was amazing. She was so friendly, professional and gave me all the information I needed to have my application ready to go the same day. I was approved a few days later and was informed and kept up to date by Monique throughout the whole process. Monique and the other ladies in the office made our move in process a piece of cake and I'm so thankful I found this little gem of a house through this amazing property management company. Thank you so much!

Did not want to fix any thing used my deposit when I moved out to fix items. Very rude and standoff-ish receptionists.

Outstanding property managers. We have several properties with them, and could not be more pleased with their professionalism, care and service. We've had other property managers- and had all kinds of problems. But Moist's are absolutely the best. Couldn't be happier with them.

I rented commercial property for over 15 years, that Moist has property managed. During their management stewardship, Moist Realtors has been fair, honest and extremely responsive to my needs as business owner. As an African American business operator, Moist Realtors have been incredibly professional showing high respect to all of their property tenants. I proudly give Moist Realtors 5 stars for a job well done. Whereas the entire Moist staff is wonderful, I really enjoyed working with Westin and Crystal.

I would not recommend this management company we had numerous maintenance request that were left unanswered And the owner would nickel and dime for repairs as much as he could to save money or blame the issue on another reason and fail to repair that. We had a vehicle parked where we were told to park and then got a nasty notice on our door with a three day notice to correct or vacate the apartment they stayed at that our vehicle was unregistered when we provide a document showing that the vehicle was registered and in running condition we then received another letter stating that we could not park where we were assigned to park.

Upon vacating the residence we had a large item pick up with the trash company scheduled the owner charged us over $200 for throwing away the items himself after we already had a scheduled pick up transients then went through the trashcan that was on site and we were charge for that after we vacated. When we called in and asked for questions about our deposit why it was less and the charges they charge us an extra day they charge us for an outlet that they could not tell us what outlet what was wrong with it they charge us for cabinetry when they originally just painted over knobs and hinges when we originally moved in.

When asking for proof they ignored that question and would not answer During our stay we begin to have a roach infestation that they blamed on us we had the roaches after one year of living there it took them over six months to fix that issue. We lived in this place for over three years I'm glad that we left I would never recommend this Realty management company to anybody they constantly blame the issues on "the owner" Even though they're the management company and they are the only ones we can have contact with. I've rented with several management companies in the past and I've never had such a bad experience.

**WARNING** UNPROFESSIONAL! MISAPPROPRIATION! CAN'T BE TRUSTED! If you are even thinking of trusting this company to rent from, THINK AGAIN! By far the worst experience renting with MOIST REALTORS. Completely unorganized and RUDE! Our first horrible experience was with Kristin who acted absolutely unprofessional accusing us of not paying the water when in fact, Moist Realtors dropped the ball.

Their mistake caused our water to be shut off for several hours. When I was trying to explain the situation she continued to argue with me that I was wrong. She snapped at me and said "I GO HOME TO WATER YOU DON'T." Continued apologies from Moist and being asked to please take my review down and give them another opportunity. We absolutely adored the house we were renting and decided to give them another chance. BAD DECISION!

When it came time to purchase a home of our own, Moist lost our updated rental agreement and had no clue what was going on! ALL BAD from this point on. We were already warned they are known for taking renters deposits, nickel and dime you! That being said we professionally cleaned the house. Went above and beyond! The day we arrived to Moist to turn in the keys it was over 100 degrees out and I was made to wait outside with my two small children as they scrambled for my paperwork.

I am assuming we had to wait outside due to COVID precautions, which I completely respect as my children and myself had our masks on. HOWEVER, Vanessa, another RUDE associate of Moist, had no mask on! Exposing her unprofessional face piercing. Completely contradicting of their COVID precautions! Once we received our itemized deposit back it was confirmed Moist Realtors ARE COMPLETE CROOKS!

They paid a Cynthia who is not a licensed cleaning company to come in the rental and find stuff to charge us for! All of their itemized charges were absurd! Saying we dented the bottom of the garage door that will cost $875! I honestly believe the owner of the rental has no clue how unprofessional and dishonest this company is. Therefore, a letter will be sent to the owner in hopes he will realize this company is not doing him justice.

My husband and I decided to sell our house and buy a new house. Our realtor Rob, was amazing! We knew the process would be stressful and what could go wrong did go wrong lol. Through it all our realtor was with us every step of the way if it wasn't for his amazing experience I don't think we would of made it to the end. I highly recommend him and his team! I also want to thank them for getting us our dream home! Thank you Rob for making this dream happen!

This group is top shelf all the way. Rest assured you will be dealing with true professionals that are customer focused and willing to take the extra step to get the job done.

Not impressed at all. Attempted to make Ot to a showing for possible Rental house in Beaumont from 4-430. My husband left work early, we were going to be there at 435 due to traffic, I called them to let them know the situation asked if that would be ok. She said they only stay until 430, I said ok can I make an appointment? No, but there is a showing the next day from 11-1130. Okay, made it that showing.

I liked the house but I asked the guy there if I could make an appointment for him to see it to be sure. No, they will have another showing and he can come then. I am confused, do they really not want to rent this house? Since they don't do appointments, and only show during work hours? We did not rent from them. And I feel we dodged a bullet on that one!

If you're thinking of using Moist to represent you as an owner of a property, look around some more! Beware that they are very " pro-renter" not "pro-owner". Did not hold their subs used accountable and we were charged for things that the renters damaged! Expect a monthly call for charges that will deplete your "reserve" on a regular basis! Many other choices out there that charge far less per month to manage your property! Had to give at least one star, would have given them none!

We've been very pleased to work with Moist. We unfortunately had a very difficult owner to work with and Moist worked very hard to keep us as happy as possible. We eventually had to find a new place and again, Moist was extremely helpful. We now have the place we wanted all along and with an owner we're happy to work with. Kellee, Erin and the gang have made us feel like they've been by our side through it all. Thanks folks.

If you want a realtor who will give you 100%, Susie Moist is the one you can rely on. She helped me every step of the way to sell my moms home. She's honest, knows the business and kept me aware of every thing going on. The entire transaction ran smoothly because of Susie Moist. I highly recommend her and will definitely call on her again. I've rented from moist realtors for the past three years and have had nothing but a great experience with them. We've been tenants renting a property managed for a few years now. Overall experience with them has been pretty great--timely responses to maintenance requests, helpful staff at their office, extremely reasonable rent, consistent communications with tenants, and just extremely professional with all our interactions. Im not understanding some of the reviews left about the property that we're renting regarding the first few months after we moved in.

That was right around the time that the city was being very strict regarding sprinkler usage, and we (being first-time renters of a house with a yard) were still trying to figure out what works and what doesnt when it came to the upkeep of the front yard. It also didnt help that the gardener that we started with was pretty inconsistent. So the front yard issue was 100% our fault, and Moist worked with us about finding a solution that worked Couple things about the negative reviews regarding the property we're renting: 1) The people leaving the reviews werent the ones having a direct interaction with Moist.

Its like someone leaving a review about a restaurant they passed by while they were driving around town 2) The person leaving the negative review(s) about this property didnt have access (I hope) to our lease contract so how would they know which items were the leasee's responsibility as well as which items were the responsibility of the property managers?

They also shouldnt have access to the comunications between the property managers and the tenants, so they cant possibly see the notices that we received regarding the front yard. I dont usually pist yelp reviews, but i felt people need to see both sides of the story.

We've been renting under Moist Realtors for 2 years now and we have been absolutely blown away with their professionalism, efficiency, and integrity. We are currently renting the home that got that bad review for the yard and it was 100% our fault. We had newly moved in and were trying to get settled with 3 small children and the yard got out of control.

We hired someone to come take care of the yard but they wouldn't show up consistently and after speaking to the Moist property managers about the issue, they worked with us to find a solution and there have been no issues with the yard since. They absolutely care about the people whose homes they care for and the tenants that live in them. Every time we have had a maintenance issue, they handle it within 48 hours and everyone they use for maintenance has been incredibly kind and resolved every issue. We look forward to renewing our lease for another year!

This company is friendly professional & helpful in every sense of the word they helped us find a rental quickly & the process from start to finish was smooth I highly recommend them!

Got an appt to see a place on the weekend and got no showed. I realty office and was told they don't work weekends. They didn't seem concerned that somebody would take a thousand dollar deposit in their name on a weekend for a rental property.

Professional, nice, and very fast. I was able to see the property multiple times before signing and the signing was super quick. A+

Went to get information on mobile home and single residence home prices, met with an individual i care not to name, but can safely say she works in the back part of the office and is a real estate agent and has an arrogant rude tone of voice, i sat down with her to explain my situation and she started to roll her eyes back and you can literally see she was already losing her patience and composure right off the gate!

First question to me was how much money do you have? When i started to speak She cut me off mid sentence and asks " why did you come to us? " and i just looked at her and said well since your computer is not quite up and running i will come back another time, she rudely and abruptly got up and walked me to the front door, Do not do business with this office! They are fake and frustrated with trying to see how much is in your pocket first? Before discussing what fits ones budget and needs!

We are selling our house fully furnished and moving to Maine and Dawn Campbell and Kyle the photo guy is the nicest people who are very professional and being we live in Yuciapa CA, she is working with the agent in Maine. The whole thing we thought would be extremely stressful but they are making it easy. They were the ones who we used to buy this house and we ate selling with them. I hope we can be life long friends. We have been with Moist Realtors for years and have been very satisfied. Whenever an issue arises they are very prompt and efficient. Erin is extremely helpful and always makes sure we are taken care of. I always recommend to friends and family!

I have been doing business with Moist for more than 12 years, and I have never been disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Moist Realty manages a rental property in my neighborhood on Fulbright Ave. in Redlands, and apparently their management ends there. Nine months into the rental, the new tenants may have mowed the weeded lawn twice and is by far the worst looking yard on the street. It would be easy to point 100% blame on the new tenants, but I don't. Between tenants, it took 4 months for the property to be rented again.

During that time, Moist Reality was providing zero lawn care and when called to express concern, they responded with "we're working on it". Consequently, all the grass died and became a barren patch of dirt and weeds as not one drop of effort was made to salvage what was once a well maintained yard. Moist Reality rented the property exactly as stated, thus setting the bar with such lowly expectations of basic lawn care.

Moist's view of property management is that they rent the house and forget about it. No management takes place. In my example, the tenants have been in the house for 6 months. The yard has never been mowed and trash piles up. The house is not maintained. The property owner's investment is not protected.

Kelly and Erin are awesome! They kept use updated with our transition to our new home. They have been very patient and professional with all our requests and maintance. I would highly recommend them.

An agent here arranged for us to meet her at a property at a certain time. We were on time she wasn't. I called the real estate agency to find out where she was only to find out that the property she told us about and was supposed to meet us at had already been rented.

Moist Realtors began managing my property after I terminated my previous management company. The transition was flawless! Moist Realtors and specifically Westin were so professional. They were focused on providing an excellent experience for both my tenants and myself. I had known I had to make a change, but I was always concerned about the disruption it would cause. I rented through Moist for almost 2 years. They were always a pleasure to speak to. Everytime I had issues I was able to speak to someone who helped me resolve the issue asap. At the time, my friends and I were first time renters and one of my roommates had moved out a day after we moved in. Moist worked with us to stay in our place without her. Overall a great experience!
