I've reported to management about residents stalking and harassing my kids and I. Nothing has been done for months ongoing adults are sitting in their cars waiting for us to come home. I've been followed off property. Adults bring their minors to block off my garage and run in front and behind my vehicle while in motion. The management is aware but stated that since the actions of others cant be controlled that we should just move.

I'm forced to film due to harassment and safety' issues. I shouldn't have to film I should be able to live in peace. I've never done anything wrong to my neighbors and I don't know them. They have no right to stalk or harass us.

AS I see by others, calling is a waste of time. Its been over a year we are still waiting on repairs.

My apartment has been flooding the kitchen cabinets for 3 weeks. Reported to Beacon property management co every day, they did nothing. I've tried to call them to see if they ever received my phone calls. They won't answer, sends me to voice mail. Obviously they are the problem. This is senior Housing. I'm 75 and my health has been affected.

Beacon Property Management has been great at managing our condo for us. They have always been on time with collecting the rent, at solving any problem(s) our tenant has. This makes life so less stressful for us seeing that we live in a different state than the condo we own and rent out. They have been wonderful! We will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a trust worthy, efficient, and just an over all great property management company. Thanks!

This place is a horrible place to live in. The people who live above on the second floor of my grandparents building, passed away. After two weeks of a body teaching in that place they finally found her. after two weeks of a body teaching in that place they finally found her this place is by far the worst place to take your parents to go live. My grandfather just recently fell and was found later 18 hours after he lost consciousness, help arrived.

This senior apartment complex located at 8181 Redwood Terrace Fontana, Ca has a current apartment manager that needs to be let go. It's really gone under the property and manager makes exceptions for people slowing them to bring in people and live there who are NOT seniors and overstay. The property needs serious attention it's been severely neglected and not kept up resulting in trash's cans full of maggots and foul smells emitted from trash collection bins around the property. Laundry facilities are horrid and nasty and never cleaned.

Property manager mistreats the seniors living there and threatens them for no reason. She doesn't even speak a lick of Spanish which is the language most spoken by the residents. This place is in desperate need of new management who can bring it up to code. The property has a brand new kitchen in the MPR room which residents are forbidden to use.

Ever since we got new management I hated living at Las Colinas Apt. They r so unfroffesional and rude. I had already gotten approved before to move to a bigger apt and withing 3month diff they denied us because instead of going back 3months of paystubs how they ask for they went back 7months and according to them my hubby makes to much WHICH is a lie if he made good money trust we wouldn't be living here period. now we have 90days to move because my family grew.

And Cassandra goes around asking her tenants on messenger to go leave her good reviews so she can stack her points. (I HAVE MY SCREENSHOT) That's so unproffecional. I hope something can be done cause I already called fair housing.

We have 3 years living in the apartments they have in Ontario, and they are a complete mess, in the 3 years we have never changed the carpet nor have they painted it as California law establishes to do it every year and when we delivered the apartment had cockroaches, the manager told us that was when they cleaned but that guaranteed not to see them again, and to this day the apartment is full of these animals, we have done everything to disappear on our own, their apartments are unhealthy to live, they have Section 8 for some tenants and so they say the rent is cheap but we paid 1200 which is the previous one of all the apartments in a bedroom around.

Its manager is unprofessional, we have stolen in the parking lot of the apartment our car things, and the manager gets upset when we ask him to collaborate and angry responds to us that is already tired and that we call the police, never this in the office and if we go Your apartment doesn't open anyone. The only reason we were still in that place is because we're waiting for my sister to finish school in four months.

These are some of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. It feels like a scam for the amount of money they take monthly, and in return the community gets zero of the investment the people are putting in. Over the last 5 years, they have gone through 3 property managers who do very little to nothing to improve the living conditions.

This year they raised the HOA fees again without consulting with the owners or giving a fair warning to push back. On January 2, 2018 I called to update our account to take out the correct HOA payment dues and their number was "disconnected". What a circus! If I could give zero stars, I would.

They never answer the phone and they never call you back, so don't bother. They failed to take any responsibility when they hired the cheapest roof tile cleaning company available who ended up making a huge mess of dirt, dead leaves, sticks, and debris all over my new furniture on my balcony. They did not even bother providing the contact information of this "company" so that I could call them to clean up their mess.

They are incahoots with a towing company and security company to the point where they will get your car towed EVEN IF YOU HAVE A GUEST PASS ON IT. The towing truck is right up the street, waiting for the call. They double charged me for an HOA payment for $200 (ridiculous amount given the 'work' they do at Lakes at Corona) and didn't even bother telling me about it.

I noticed it in my bank statement and had to call them (surprised they answered) to let them know. They played it off like I had a "credit" that they were planning on using on the next month. If I did not discover this, they would have never even told me about the duplicate payment. Avoid this management company at all costs.

Left word with Judith x103 yesterday morning 10-10-15, she said they would email the manager Michael Bond, and I even left a voice mail for him x107. No response. The next day 10-11-15 I called again. Another email sent from Judith to Michael Bond and I tried to leave another voice mail but the machine said it was full and wasn't accepting anymore voice mails.

How convenient. Asked when he would be in and got the runaround about him being very bust dealing with a lot of properties he needs to visit. Feeling very frustrated. This has to do with a senior community for my mother and a discrepancy we have with the community manager at Country Village.
