Services
It started with a single property, a triplex in Colton on Grape and Walnut. In 1982, Joshua LaBarge bought the property with a partner as a rental. He obtained his real estate license the same year and slowly acquired more properties, doing much of the repair work and all of the management himself.

Recertifications are late. Signing your new lease are late. Had to call fair housing just to receive my recertification application. Which was a month late. Several tenants also had this problem. Do not like this management. Also, we have to paid $300 pet deposit. But our new manager has two or three cats, that just had kittens. Now there about 11 of them.

You passed her apartment from the outside and you get foul smell coming her apartment due to the cats. The owners of this building made a mistake putting Quality management over us. The last one was much better.

This company is horrible to deal with. We received fret service here before Quality took over! Just awful communication and service.

My mother's apartment complex is without a manager she said it's been 4 days now. March 1st was an introduction welcoming our manager and notified the residents of a change in property management. I have no idea what's going on. Also we didn't receive a notice that she was leaving. Prior to her leaving I saw her with 2 gentleman that looked as if they were going to do repairs on a apartment in a white diesel truck around 10:00-11:00 am. After that day nobody seen her since.

Terrible service. Will do anything to get rid of tenants who have been living at the same place for years just to get more money. Not worried at all for your safety

DO NOT! Apply here. I was hired here in August and I should have paid attention to the reviews before because they are not lying. First of all they blame the manager for all their miscommunication Laura In operations, Katie who is the regional as well as Tiffany who is the senior community manager. all falsified information. What was suppose to be a conversation about me moving into a place there turned into me having performance issues that I wasn't aware that I had. but yet I saved the owner 8,000$ and managed to turn things around in the 3 months I've been here.

I know it's desperate times and people need jobs but do not work here! They will stab you in the back in a hurry. I also went to the owner of the property but he has yet to respond to the concerns. in the time that I've been with this company they have had 4 other managers who have left due to their lack of truly listening to the people who work for them but when they get in trouble with the owners they tend to put the blame on the workers. Not only was I out of a place due to their lack of communication but I'm also out of a job.

This management company is terrible, they put me in a homeless situation. I don't recommend doing business with them. I applied for an apartment the end of May, got approved, left a $100 deposit and was told it would be ready June 15. However, June 15 I didn't receive a phone call, so I called them and was then told July 1st. July 1st comes and I don't get a call, I then call again and was told they didn't know what date.

I had to move out my old unit July 1st in hopes of moving in there. Also, after July 1st I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the office I called numerous times. July 6th comes and I was told my holding deposit got lost and the unit I was promised had been tooken by someone else. Furthermore, if I wanted another unit I had to wait longer until it was finished.

She also told me she saw my calls and ignored them because she was to busy. I addition, I noticed that there were other units ready but she wouldn't let me move in them only the units that weren't ready. In the end I did not rent with them because of the lack of professionalism time wasted. Lastly, when I wanted my holding deposit back the property manager Naomi told me I had to wait 21 days. However, I decided to call back and the other manager Vanessa answered and told me I could pick up my deposit. Do not rent with them Naomi is very unprofessional and ruined everything by putting me in a homeless situation because she wanted to give the unit away I was promised.

The worst property management company ever! We will also report these problems to The better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission etc. Here are part of the complaints: (1) they did not pay the utilities on time, resulting in shut-down services and additional charges to turn the services back-on. (2) they did not pay the mortgage on time, resulting late fees. (3) they did not manage tenant turn-over by ignoring 30-day notice and created un-necessary Rent lost. (4) they did not transfer "Housing" tenants resulting no Housing rents, it took us 6 months to re-solve the issues. (5) they charged ridiculous misc fees such as technology, office setup, operational fees (6) they used their own repair crew but provide no detail bills to us. (7) the list goes on.don't use them on your apartments!

Completely dishonest company from the inside out. Just disgusting behavior by Management and they all should be ashamed of themselves. They were once a company who valued their employees and now do nothing but disrespect them. Perhaps looking at the changes in Management will do them some good.

Everytime I have an emergency maintenance call, no one responds to my call! I have to call back at least 4 times before I can get someone out here! I'm left waiting for hours while my kitchen and restrooms are flooded! Worst management company ever!
