Not a good company they don't check or care who they rent too. They have and rent to a fake business in San bernardino off of highland ave. People who rent there make threats to everyone. They leave trash everyone and have no business license this business is located on 1090 w highland ave. If you call the number a person answers that offers you illegal things. How are they allowed to operate?

This review is based on the property 1090 w highland ave although I wouldn't doubt this applies to all the properties this place manages. We have lived in our San Bernardino community/neighborhood for 20 years. We are locals who support local small businesses and make genuine connections with our community and people. For the last few months there was been illegal activities happening in one of our local shopping centers and unfortunately the management team there doesn't care.
I have tried for the last two, three weeks I've submitted complaints to the city and local police but hey it's just San Bernardino so they don't care. I'm telling you because I live across the street from where this shopping center has a dumpster and a group of people (who this management team rents too) throw trash all throughout the night not inside the dumpster all around.
When I approached them they cussed me out and threatened me, I followed them right into their crooked business and saw where they live. This is not a business at all. My neighborhood already has a homelessness problem we don't need crooked "business owners" too! I walk through there because I use the dry cleaners service and they are always blasting music and I know some of the business owners there and they don't even like them!
