Did a construction clean up for them on a distressed property in Lancaster. Once the work was done they have ignored my invoices, letters, phone calls, etc. No wonder someone keeps changing the locks on the property. More than likely other contractors who were not paid for the work they were contracted to do. Don't make that mistake! Don't do any work for them.

UPDATE: Thank god our lease is coming up. They basically said they won't fix the oven so we can either move out or deal with it. Additionally my work order was closed by Alissa for a broken window without the work order being completed! I called her today about it and she acted shocked that no one ever contacted me to fix it. The work order was put in over 5 months ago for my bedroom window being broken.
It doesn't close all the way. Again, do yourselves a favor and do not rent with this management company if possible. They are a nightmare, especially Alissa. UPDATE 4: After having our broken window repair closed without being fixed and our water heater going out and not fixed for over ONE WEEK we requested a rent credit. This rent credit was requested on June 21st and we have of course received NO update and our rent is conveniently due tomorrow.
I am now waiting for an update on how they expect to credit us retroactively and I am also wondering how they have no update on a yes or no a full 10 days after this request was made. Allied Management will lie to you to get you into a rental that is falling apart at the seams and force you to stay. They conveniently and consistently reply to emails at or after their 5:30pm closing so you do not get through to anyone next day or after the weekend. If you like being ignored and lied to, this is the company for you.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a management company. I have been living in a house they are managing for since July and have nonstop issues since. Our toilet has been broken and leaking water, the tile is broken, every single sprinkler in our yard is broken, our windows have broken screens, our oven is also broken. And all we get is to wait or the owner sends people from the warranty company to temporarily fix things to save money. Alissa and Rochelle are both non responsive and also lied to us that utilities were fully included until move in day.
This company is extremely shady and we are now in process to sue or withhold rent. Please do not rent any properties they manage for, you will not be listened to at all. Alissa is in charge of work orders and has the audacity to say she's extremely busy because it's the first of the month, yet she says this every month as things continue to go unfixed. Additionally as this is her job emailing me as a tenant complaining that she's been on hold for hours trying to log our work orders is not professional at all.
They also had the nerve to insinuate that they do not have to fix this issues because we "went through the walk through". Do yourselves a favor and please avoid this company at all costs.

I have to say that EVERYONE who works in this office is about the kindness individuals ever! Especially Rochelle and Alissa, during this difficult year they have been so helpful and understanding to me and my family. I couldn't thank them enough for helping us deal with the struggles that COVID-19 has brought to everyone. They're 100% reliable DEFINITELY 2 thumbs up. Keep up the good job ladies.

For two years my family and I rented a home in Rancho Cucamonga under the care of Allied Management. From day one the process was very professional and easy. My family and I were treated with the utmost respect and anytime we needed anything Allied Management quickly contacted the owner and our concerns were addressed immediately. We mostly worked with Rochelle who was amazing and extremely helpful at all times. However, every representative of this company is very competent, professional and efficient. Having dealt with other management companies in the past, I can honestly say that Allied Management holds themselves to a much higher standard. I would highly recommend this company! It was a pleasure conducting business with them.

BEWARE! Went to see a house for rent in Chino, CA. I told Rochelle, rent manager, that we are four and 3 of us have below 600 credit score, she told us that does not matter as long as we meet the financial capability to pay, and that the Allied Management can decide, that if we have bad credit score and find that we are capable in paying the rent, they will just increase the deposit of $2,200 to $2,800 and it will be in a first come first serve whoever submit the application first and the lease contract is only 6 months cuz she said that the owner will be selling the property but gave us the assurance that they will not just eject us after 6 months.
Next day we submitted their requirements paying them $180 for 4 applicants, after 2 days Rochelle told us that we were denied, the owner just rejected our application and that's it. We think these is a rip off, so be EXTRA CAUTIOUS in dealing with these company. Also they will ask for your Drivers License, social security number and other government identification that you have, so I have doubt that they might sell your data to others, you might get an identity theft if ever so BEWARE be very EXTRA CAUTIOUS!

Allied has been managing my property in Rancho Cucamonga for several years. Although there has been some shifting with their staff, they have been managing my property well overall. The inland Empire rental market is much tougher than urban LA or OC. Reliable tenants are really hard to find. Allied has been on top on getting my property always rented and maintained.
They are also pro-active in providing solutions when tenants have to move out early or late with payments. Overall, I highly recommend them if you have rental properties in the Inland Empire areas. Rochelle is our property manager.

Horrible experience with this management company. They moved offices without any notice. What once was a good company then many employees left and service went down hill! They are rarely in the office so often times you will get voice mail. Additionally they take forever to respond to service calls. Afterwards, they will return a tenants deposit before making repairs to your property.
They expect you to cover all these expenses. Finally, beware of the property manager that goes by "Mandy". She is a terrible property manager. She charged me for an inspection that was incomplete. She took forever to schedule a contractor to clean my property. Once it was completed, the service was substandard. Afterwards, I wanted to close my account with this company, Mandy sent an e-mail said I owed money and my account was out of funds! WHAT!
This happened because she made an inaccurate estimate to fix the repairs for my property. So she returned the deposit without covering the costs of repairs. I will not use or recommend their services to anybody. STAY AWAY!
