Wise Property Management

My experience has not been easy and I do feel it's becoming apparent, buying a condo under this management was not the best choice. It's the overall negligence from landlords to this HOA Management. My unit has been damaged by upstairs landlords and this HOA. It's something every month. It's becoming unsafe and communication has declined greatly, as Mr. Glass returns emails 10 days later.

I've had the pleasure of working with my Community Association Manager, Cody Glass, regarding a violation of the ACC Guidelines. I appreciate his professionalism, prompt and clear communications, and understanding of the issues related to my violation. His excellence in service is head and shoulders above those of a typical HOA / BoD. Thanks, Cody! You're a breath of fresh air!

Horrible property management. Rude customer service, never call back when there is a problem. Just horrible and might I add that the people who come around to do inspections are rude and nasty to the people who live in the apartments. Disgusting way to run a business!

The worst customer service! Our community manager is Cody Glass and he does not get back to anyone. Have had to leave several messages and emails and the guy is missing in action. Horrible! Don't use this company for property management!

About a year ago there was an issue in Asbel Creek. Since they have changed managers they are far better. Notices are going out you can tell the houses are far better than they were a year ago.

I have lived in Manhattan Palms now for four years and upon first moving in I can say that this place needed a lot of work. The old front management was unprofessional and would rather spend time gossiping about members of the community than to actually fix the issues taking place. There was trash left everywhere and there were quit a bit of undesirables that resided here. However, with Frank he has done wonders for the community.

He has really helped to clean this place up to make it a more desirable and safe place to live. Any issues that arise that I need to address with him are always handled in a timely and professional manner. And after four years of living within the community this was the first year where I seen kids playing outside where I did not cringe at the thought of a speeding car almost hitting one of them. Thank you Frank for keeping safety at the forefront!

My experience with Frank Alvarez at Manhattan Palms was excellent. As a new owner I was given a thorough explanation of the property and how things work. I am confident that Manhattan Palms will be safe and clean under Frank's direction and I am looking forward to some of the upcoming property improvements.

This is one of the worst management I ever dealt with. No one ever answer the phone or retun calls. Its been about 2 years trying to reach someone and the only i got an email or answer is when they dont get paid. They are very Very very unprofessional;. They collect money from everyone and yet the complex is very filty. The tennis court old and need re-painting the pool area need to be updrage and the toilet is filty. This is unbelievable!

In April 2018 I bought a condo in Manhattan Palms Condo. The whole community was run down, and it wasn't a very nice place. We were lucky that a new manager arrived at the community, Mr. Frank Alvarez and from the first day of his arrival there was a favorable change in the place. Now everything is clean and the neighbors have learned that it is possible to live in an excellent community when there is a someone very capable and hardworking to run them. I've lived in Manhattan Palms Condominiums for over a year now, and need to tell you that thanks to our manager, Frank, we all enjoy safe, quiet and clean community. Furthermore, on a few occasions I reached out because I needed a few things and Frank addressed them right away and in a very timely manner. Very good example of what a true professional is. [This review is regarding the HPP2 Community] Ron G, the LCAM for HPP2, has been doing a superb job with the community since Wise has taken over. I am very impressed with the amount of communications as we previously received next to none. I feel like he/they care about the community instead of just going through the motions. Hopefully the balcony project and other projects stay on track and the community keeps getting better and better. Please keep up the good work. Thank you.

Wise has been very responsive. They are very professional and have been attentive to all of our needs. Our property manager, Chris Crain, has been great. I would highly recommend Wise Property Management.
