I am a condo owner, my current unit has been damaged due to the negligence property owners and owners. I have reached out countless times via my HOA to receive direct contact to have meditation as the damages to my unit are not my responsibility. There is a major leak from their upstairs unit tenants. I was advised to file a claim through my insurance completely unacceptable as this water damage has occurred 11/14/2019, 08/18/21 and again 12/13/21.
The main issue has not been fixed that has not been rectified, its concerning as its my family safety. Please see pictures of the damage and repairs that are costly. Bob owner negligent, rude, and lack of empathy along with this property management company, I do not recommend using this company ever!

University Realty has made my experience as a rental property owner a pleasant one. They deal with any and all maintenance issues, and also make sure that my units stay occupied with great tenants. They keep me notified of any issues, and are very friendly and easy to talk to. They've earned my complete trust!

They care about their clients, if you are an owner looking to rent your property look no futher they take care of everything for you. If you're a tenant looking to rent or buy they go out of their way to accommodate your wants and needs. You work directly with the owner and his staff I have known this company for 30 years and many of the staff are still with the company, for me personally that is a feeling of comfort and trust.
