Jeffrey Greenacre arrived in Florida in the 1970s to work on a project at GTE Data Services following his early career in education. As he worked for GTE, he began to think about starting a business of his own where he could use his educational and professional background.
Since 1974, our team has provided professional management to more than 140 associations that serve almost 50,000 Florida families. We are the oldest property management company on Florida's west coast and have a long record of accomplishments. By being good stewards of our resources, we have grown steadily and are now in the enviable position of being a highly stable, debt-free firm. We will bring the same stewardship and sound management practices to helping your association meet its obligations to you and your neighbors.
As my term as President of the River Hills Homeowners Association draws to a close, I would be remiss if I did not convey my appreciation to you and the entire Greenacre Management team for the support your have afforded our community. Although the initial transition was not without some challenges, GPI met or exceeded my expectations in addressing those issues.

This is currently our property company in our very upscale neighborhood. They do not keep up the common areas and overstep their bounds on residents. Neighbors receive letters for having temporary items in their yards that they are actively using to play with their children. They nit-pick our homes and privately owned property while failing to provide the actual services to common area grounds.

We have multiple downed branches in the common areas, hanging by threads of the branch over sidewalks. Our retention ponds are constantly filled with algae blooms, the common area curbs and sidewalks get pressure cleaned on a way less frequent level than private residences. They are a typical tyrannical do as we say, not as we do style of Gestapo company.

They take our hard earned money, and waste it on the dumbest projects instead of routine maintenance. Our security gates were missing last year for almost 2 months. Recently a secondary security gate to the rear of our neighborhood sat in the grass for weeks before being re-attached. Quite honestly, a fried duck could do a better job here than they do. Can't wait till we get to kick them out of our community.

Greenacre Properties has been a pleasure to deal with as a new homeowner in one of their managed communities. It is uncommon to hear HOAs being a pleasure to deal with, but it is true! Both Melinda and Lizzie were responsive, informative, and friendly! They provided detailed instructions on how to use the portal (which is great) and are very active in management. When searching for a new home, HOAs can be a deterrent, but don't hesitate in a Greenacre Property managed community. They have been great!

Debbie, Charlotte and the team at Greenacre Properties have always been very responsive to any requests and are very helpful with solving any issues in a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly way through the years. Our HOA has used Greenacre Properties for many many years and they have always been professional and reliable. As a medium sized HOA, we have a few homeowners who do press the limits on our property managers. However, I am pleased that regardless of the situation, our Greenacre Property manager rises to the occasion and handles the situation professionally and efficiently. We have had more than one property manager, so I know the company hires and prepares there employees to a high standard.

Greenacres Architecture Review process was quick and easy. Just follow the guidelines you agreed to when you purchased your home as part of an HOA. I really like that Jolene is so helpful even and was kind enough to remind me I was missing info on my application. Saved me time and definite denial of my application. I included the necessary info and got an approval!

The employees at Greenacre are very professional. Jeanette has always been very responsive and helpful over the years. I've dealt with other property management companies in the past, and Greenacre is great. Highly recommend them for your HOA/condo management needs.

Greenacre has been the management company at Parkside of One Bayshore property for years. Our CAM Beverly does a great job - she is passionate about our property, and is extremely approachable and responsive to all the residents. She takes the time to listen and display true empathy and professionalism. She has the great ability to work well with so many people (residents, contractors, vendors) everyday.

The CAM job can get challenging, but she always comes through. Our Maintenance Supervisor Mike recently joined us and goes above and beyond to get the job done, and takes the time to learn about the building as vendors do work on the property. We are very fortunate to have Greenacre as our management company.

Our subdivision has been using Greenacre prop. for approximately 10 years or so, and their service continues to improve every year. Jeff works well with Jeanette to stay up to date with the needs of our community. They are wonderful and a pleasure to work with. IF you are experiencing issues with communication, attend an HOA meeting or better yet, get involved.

Once you meet the Greenacre staff and work with them, you may better understand why they have certain requirements and may take 24 hrs to return calls. Can you imagine trying to please every homeowner in your community, it isn't easy and they are very busy. I commend them for a job well done!

As one of the newest homeowners at the Arbor Green community in Tampa, I have been very pleased with the quality and degree of service that I have received, since Day 1, from the management, Greenacre Properties. The home that I purchased needs a new roof. There are (no surprise) HOA rules & procedures that I must navigate in order to get the work done. Lizzie Callaway has been my incredibly helpful contact person at Greenacre Properties.

She has answered my 1000+ questions with patience and clarity. As a result, I was able to submit my application for a new roof to the HOA Design Review Board within a very narrow window of time. Once the board has made a decision, Lizzie will continue to guide me through whatever steps that remain. My experience with Greenacre Properties thus far has been quite brief. But, if the excellent help I have received from Lizzie is any indication, I am in very good hands.
