Horribly ran business. Had a different janitorial service for about 4 years that we eventually let go due to poor performance. Hired Pivot thinking they would do a better job, but shortly found out that they made my previous company look like a dream service. They did not show up at their scheduled time within the first week of hiring them. This continued to be a pattern.
They probably showed up when they were supposed to less than 50% of the time. The manager was very lackluster in his responses regarding their lack of performance. When I terminated their service, my response was just, "Okay." Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!
