Metroplex Management

The Metroplex take the money of customers by name of application but they never give them. I never recommend this company to anyone to fill out application.

This place was completely unprofessional, never fixed any maintenance issues. Office staff always had very nasty attitudes. The owner/manager used my personal info such as credit info and income to call and taunt me and put me down, using my information in ways they were not supposed to be used. Just completely unprofessional! This man threatened to post my credit score and personal info on social media sites and show it to the public. Made very derogatory and racial remarks to me took unauthorized pictures of me and my family without us knowing.

Just the worse experience I have ever experienced anywhere! But this isn't even a legitimate company they literally work from a house, they do not represent the homeowners in the best manner. The office associates refused to reach out to he homeowner on my behalf or allow me to reach out to him, they gave him false information and mismanaged his property!

I wouldn't not recommend them for homeowners or for property management. Might I add if you go through the reviews and read the bad reviews we ALL had the same problem but the response of Steve shows and proves just how unprofessional he and his office staff is. And instead of taking accountability he will pretend like the bad reviews are all the same person while making his office staff make up fake good reviews I wish anyone luck who rents with them or hire them as a property management company, just read his comments he is completely CRAZY and unprofessional!

We were the first to apply for a rental property before even touring it thinking our chances would be greater in obtaining this property but was told we had ro view it first. We set up a virtual tour and was told that many more applicants were also considering this property, its seems like an unfair competition for one property to be told that many people apply for 1 property at 50$ per person that sounds like a fraudulent scam for money and to be told sorry the owners did not accept your application. SCAM!

We had recently built and purchased a home, and had to move a few months thereafter. We decided to lease our property and chose Metroplex to manage it. They found a family with which were pleased. The family took good care of our house. Following the departure of the tenants, we were able to sell the property, to a family that loved it! We appreciate the service provided by Metroplex, during the time of our leasing the house.

We have been tenants with Metroplex Management Company for 3 years. They are very responsive when there's been a repair request, they have an easy online portal for making rent payments. The BEST management company I have ever worked with in the 11 years we have been tenants.we just purchased a home and they were awesome to work with through the whole process.

I've been a resident with them since I relocated to Fort Worth and it has been an amazing experience! The office staff is always so friendly and helpful! They also stay on top of work orders to make sure the vendors come out to repair whatever needs to be fixed in a timely manner! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property or looking for a management company for their rental property

I am responding to Brad Willis who left a 1 star review below for Metroplex that manages my only rental property for me. Mr. Willis was my first tenant and rented my property which was updated and entirely repainted prior to them moving into my house. Unfortunately they damaged the walls with holes, scuffs, unacceptable DIY repair attempts, etc. I have before and after pictures to prove the damage they caused, thus requiring $2000 in repairs in order to get the property ready for the next tenant.

I have been very happy with Metroplex Management because they use good maintenance contractors that charge a fair price and do quick work if/when repairs are needed. All of which gets invoiced and put on the year end 1099 form to make filing taxes a breeze. And best of all they deal with the Karens of the world like my first tenant, so that I don't have to and that brings me a whole lot of peace of mind!

I have been renting with Metroplex now for 5 years. Have not seen or had any issues with them at all. Every time a issue has been reported they are prompt and send someone out fairly quickly. I usually drop my rent payment off at the office and they post it accordingly. They also send me reminders if the rent payment is close to being due. All in all we have a great business- client relationship.

I rented a single family home for about 6 years. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the property and the staff at Metroplex Management. Any time I had any concerns or issues they were accessible, helpful, and willing to work with me to make sure I was a satisfied customer and tenant. If you are looking to rent a property I recommend you give them a call first.

Metroplex Management is the Best! Steve, Suzanne, Alyssa, and Mara all do an outstanding job. They are professional, courteous, kind, prompt, organized, and much more. I have worked with them over the last 6 years. They truly represent landlords and tenants honestly and fairly. Anybody that has a problem working with them is not working on the up and up.

I like the fact that they operate in a fair manner, and they have systems and documentation in place to prove it day in and day out. If you are leasing or renting I highly recommend you work with these guys.
