Horrible property management company. If you can even call them 'property managers'. I regret giving these people my money. Rented an apartment in Hudson, WI and had issues with the ceiling leaking. Submitted multiple requests to have this fixed and nothing happened for months. Mold started to grow in the corners of the room and still they never fixed it.

They are not responsive at all. Never answered any phone calls. Eventually moved out because of how ridiculously bad this company is and now a month later I am still waiting to get my security deposit back. I do not usually leave Google reviews, but I hope to help someone out in the future so they can avoid dealing with the headaches I have had to deal with. 0/10 recommend. You're better off buying a tent and living in that.

Kristan was very professional and helped me get my home rented quickly. She handled any and all communication with the tenants and made the process extremely streamlined, efficient and easy for me. She quickly handled any problems that arose in my home with the tenants. I would highly recommend her! She was very timely in her communication, very professional to work with and handled difficult situations that arose with my tenants with grace and tact. I was very impressed how she could diffuse a situation with a needy tenant so quickly.

My husband Aaron and I rented a beautiful home from Kristen and Jeff at Property Executives LLC a few years back. We were moving from Costa Rica and only had a week to make accommodations for our family of 4. We had written to many local Hudson companies and reality offices prior to our arrival to lock down our living situation. Not a single agent was willing to work with us long distance. Kristen made this process simple and pain free for us.

She communicated with us via phone and email prior to our arrival and was wonderful to work with in person. She showed us so many properties until we found the right one. The home was beautiful and clean when we moved in. The application process was done online as was our lease and payment agreements. Which was really convenient to access. Kristen and Jeff were great to work with and genuinely cared about finding the right place for us.

I see there are several negative reviews on this google site. This was not our experience for the 4 years we rented from Property Executives. Kristen and Jeff where professional, courteous, and genuine through out our relationship. Thank you for taking the time and care to make us feel like your number one priority.

Very unprofessional agent, Kristan never returns phone calls, texts or email. They will take multiple applications on a property just to collect the fees. Read the reviews from renters and landlords first. I wish I would have done so. Search Wisconsin Circuit Courts First.

I would highly suggest to all that you avoid working with or renting from Property Executives LLC at all cost! Save yourself the trouble of the property managers complete disregard of the residents she is renting to as well as the homes she should be caring for. My home was filthy on move in day and the property manager is horribly rude. This is what you can expect from this company, ask around, this is their reputation and you would be wise to avoid renting with them.

Terrible rental company. The property manager was horrible to work with. The home I rented was infested with mice. The company did little to eradicate them but did let me out of my lease only when I threatened to take them to court. Stay FAR away from this company and any rentals they have.

We have used this company for 14 months now to rent out our home. They have taken care of the problems for us (from the fridge that stopped running to past due municipal bills by the tenants).

After using this company to rent out our home for the first year we feel that there is just no value in using them. As others have stated it is very hard to get ahold of them. Also in our experience even after getting hold of them they do not get back to you with what you may need.

Currently renting with them, terrible business and work ethic. Upon moving in they promised cleaning up and other responsibilities that never were taken care of. Very unresponsive to emails and calls. Maintenance has tried fixing a few things and failed, to then leave it an issue.

Worst place to rent from. They give you a dirty and broken townhome, and tell you that you wont be responsible for any of those things at the end of your rental agreement. Then at the end of your lease, they take all your deposit money and blame you for the dirty and broken townhome that they gave you. In addition, they take forever to reply back as if they are trying to avoid you throughout the whole time you are renting from them. Would never use them again or recommend them ever to anyone.
