We just moved into our new home - the whole process has been very smooth. The Staff are quick to respond and very eager to assist. They truly make us feel like this is our home and not just a tenant. Vickie and Hayley are super responsive and wonderful to work with. I would suggest anyone looking for a home to lease, to rest assured this company is really top notch!

Perhaps the staff was overwhelmed or having a bad day, in my personal experience, they are neither professional nor compassionate by phone. Figured I would try email for correspondence but it took 4 days to get a response about a major plumbing issue at a rental property. Online portal is not user friendly and doesn't help to speed up response time for issues.

This management company is stellar. I am a new landlord and Residential Leasing & Management Corp. has made my entire experience so seamless. Hayley is amazing. She is always available for any questions that I may have. She is professional, knowledgeable and just all around great to work with. I have had another Property Management Co. previous to RLMC and NO other can compare to RLMC's PROFESSIONALISM. I receive an immediate response with any question or comment I send. They are on top of all items or problems that need to be dealt with. The employees are extremely pleasant to work with and my tenants are very happy and renew each year.

I feel because of the quality of their work that value of their costs are reasonable. There is no reason I feel anyone should consider any other Company to manage any property an investor may own!

From the moment we first contacted RLM based on a recommendation from a friend who was a customer for several years, we have received the highest level of service. As a Realtor that has leased literally over 600+ homes over the years, I am very aware of and have worked with probably 50 + different Management Companies in the Greater Houston. And I can say that I highly recommend Residential Leasing & Management as both a very responsible company if you are a Landlord and also an easy & responsible company to deal with if you are a Tenant. I have been working with residential leasing now for a number of years as they manage my rental properties. I have really had good experience with them. Their staff is very responsive and works very efficiently to resolve all of my rental issues. I continue to work with them in a very effective manner and will continue to do so I assume for a number of years more until I'm not in the rental property business anymore.

I find they are very responsive when it comes to maintaining the properties in a very efficient manner and renting the properties quickly and efficiently. I have no problem in recommending residential to others who might be in the rental property business.

RLM handles my Rental Property Management in an excellent way. They got to know me and my preferences, they are always readily available for my questions. They are professional, polite and personable! My tenants are happy, and I am happy. They are the best Property Manager I have worked with.

I am an Australian and live in Australia, here, we have many units, houses and blocks of flats that we rent. We are also fully licensed Real Estate agents as well as property owners and we know as much as anyone about leasing and renting properties. In our portfolio we manage 146 of our own townhouses, plus many individual houses and units and blocks of flats.

Plus we also have management rights and manage another 75 townhouses. In 2012 while in Texas USA, we purchased 5 houses in the suburb of Toombal, very close to Woodlands. We used a local agent to manage these properties and were very dis-satisfied with their performance. The houses that we purchased sat a long time as the agent was unable to find tenants and we had some break and enter episodes where washing machine and dryers were stolen.

When we arrived home, we I went shopping on line for a new management agency and we made contact with a Mr Matt Griffin from Residential Leasing and Management Corp. We then employed that company to manage our investment houses. The operating rules in Texas are different than here in Australia, but once we got our head around this, we were very happy with Mr Griffin and his company.

It was only a matter of days and they had found tenants to full all our vacancies. We later flew back to Houston and met up with Mr Griffin and his son Brad and a very solid relationship was built. They helped us in every way to understand how the system worked in USA and we formed a trusting bond which is still in force today. Any person who want to have a management company look after their rentals, I would without hesitation recommend Residential Leasing & management Corp.

The lady that manages maintenance is the best at handling all my maintenance request. I Rent one of the homes they manage here in Houston. My house was in good condition and I was happy to renew this year. Every time I call I get a pleasant person who answers my questions quickly. FYI I can pay my rent online, place requests and ask general questions. Really nice as I work the same hours they are open. I have and will continue to refer people in need of houses and management firms.

I have used RLM to manage my rental property since 2006, I am a long distance landlord so I rely on RLM to take care of everything like marketing and leasing the property, screening and securing the right tenant, conducting move-in and move out inspections, getting bids and performing needed repairs to keep the home in good conditions, the list goes on....

The team of staff at RLM are professional, responsive and courteous, they provide full service at reasonable price. Matt Griffin, The president of RLM gone out to my property shortly after hurricane Harvey subsided, he conducted an inspection and gave me detail account of the property condition. His report came in time to put our worries at ease.

31 years experience, on point customer service, friendly staff and experts with property management. Had a family member use them and they were extremely pleased with RLM.
