I truly wish that there was a way to leave negative stars die this company and the fraudulent organization that Chuck Shulman runs. Ott & Associates allows them to commit fraud more than likely on a daily basis and continues to allow them to ruin lives. The worst in Cleveland. The worst morally, ethically and otherwise.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The absolute worst place to live. You pay astronomical HOA fees for heat and air, get harassed by other residents constantly and don't have many amenities worth using. Skip buying here, the owner Chuck doesn't bother being involved or returning calls for years

Horrible company to work with. My mother always complained about their billing and other things, but I had no clue how bad they were until she passed. They made the maintaining and selling of her condo as difficult as possible during a very stressful time for me. Even after the sale, a year later they still haunt me by sending a deposit refund check in her name.

Her estate was settled a year ago, what am I supposed to do with that? They refuse to reissue under my legal name even though they billed and took payments from me for over a year in that name. Just a horrible company to deal with. I do not recommend.

Carlyle manages The Fairmount, a 4 story condo building made up of largely seniors. They've been without an elevator for nearly a month now, putting all the residents at risk. This borders on negligence and if there was ever a fire or reason to evacuate, most residents would struggle to get down the stairs. Carlyle continues to drag their feet

Carlyle management is god awful! My townhome development fee is nearly $200 a month, and we are supposed to receive, lawn care including cutting, fertilizer, mulch and hedge and shrubs trimming, snow removal and daily security patrol. All we receive is sub par cut grass, terrible (rarely done) snow removal, and security patrol maybe once a week. When reaching out to management it takes 2 weeks or longer to get an answer, and they're full of excuses. They collect $160,000/year from the owners in HOA fees and must be pocketing it all, because we receive only about 5% of the promised services. SHAMEFUL!

I guess this company took over Kennwood Village Apartments in Euclid, stay far away and check out the pictures posted under Horizon Asset. I would not move here unless you like roaches, ants, trash in your hallways, trash all in the court yard, but they are good at not responding and wanting their rent and the amount changes every month.

They don't get back with you in a timely manner. Our grass sometimes grows too long and we have to call and remind them. Snow removal out here is a joke they don't plow your driveway unless you ask. And we do understand your cars cannot be in the driveway. You can't walk nowhere in our housing development in the winter because the ice is so thick they don't put salt down.

This management company is horrible and sit back and collect our money from our HO a fees. Also we're supposed to have security. I've seen security maybe twice this past winter and now I don't see them at all unless someone calls. They're supposed to patrol the area daily!
