Love everything about this place. The people who work there are amazing.

As a landlord, J.F. Morgan and Sons have disappointed me very much with lack of follow up, a lot of vacant units, and SUPER high maintenance services. For any landlord looking to work with them I would recommend regular follow up with them over email, not settling for a single proposal when significant maintenance is required, and approving each tenant (even though they claim to be screening them). I've worked with them for a year, and happily transitioned to another local company due to J.F.Morgan's sub-par service.

Awesome company I live in a rooming house in Willoughby Ohio and JF Morgan used to be the landlord.

Doug and the team at JF Morgan & Sons managed my property for 6 years. They ensured the house was rented for all but three weeks out of those 6 years, and the tenants they screened were acceptable and did not damage the property. JFM&S was very prompt with my requests, and always listened to my concerns when I raised them. I ultimately ended up going with JFM&S when I decided to sell my property and they handled that flawlessly.

I cannot give these people high enough praise. If you are looking for an honest, no nonsense company to manage your investments, I highly recommend Doug and his team. You won't be disappointed.

They are wonderful! If you ever need to rent a property, I highly recommend them. Fantastic to work with. I can't thank them enough.

I have used this company's service off and on over the last 15 years and have always been pleased. I have always delt with Denny Morgan and recently learned that he has since retired. Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with Denny's son Doug. I asked Doug to find a condo that I could rent for my mother. Doug showed her several that she liked.

When she made her decision, Doug negotiated with the buyer and got us a FANTASTIC lease. (much better than I would have done). This will save me several thousand dollars over the length of this lease. Thank you Doug! Well worth your nominal fee.

I find the owner and staff to be committed to doing their tasks in a fair and honest manner. Having dealt with another management company, this is a refreshing change for the better.
