About Us Report

Robert Bozsik, General Manager of Executive Properties Inc., is responsible for generating cost savings, increasing quality and improving customer service experiences for potential and current residents of six multi-family residential properties, representing over 600 individual apartment units. During his years as General Manager he has implemented cost savings initiatives in overhead that include updating heat sources to a heat pump technology at three of the properties and streamlining corporate office policy and processes.

This is my second time living at Tallmadge Oaks. I lived here briefly with my son, 9 years ago. I moved in again in July of 2020, this time to a one bedroom. I love it here! There are zero issues with the neighbors. It's very peaceful and quiet. I love having a gas stove versus electric. I love that it has central air, versus a wall unit. Terry, the property manager, is still here, and was here 9 years ago too, and has always been helpful.

I've never had any packages stolen outside my door, and I get a lot! My only regret is not getting a two bedroom again. I miss the extra space and the dishwasher! Maybe I'll upgrade next year! Lol. Great place to live!

Tried to call in about the place and they were absolutely awful over the phone. Imagine from the other reviews it would be a nightmare living here. BUYER BEWARE.

I have lived at Tallmadge Oaks for the last 4 years. It has been a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it very highly. The management has always been extremely helpful and I found the staff to be highly professional and courteous. No noise, No problems at all! I really hate to leave!

ZERO Stars. This is the absolute worst establishment I've ever seen. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. Every employee here is a poor excuse for a person. Entrapping cancer patients into multi-year leases when they want out, invasions of privacy, and disgusting quality apartments.

Terry, the "manager", was extremely disrespectful during our phone conversation when I was attempting to rent an apartment. If the service is this bad shopping, I'd hate to see what it would be like to live there. No thanks!

0 - Stars. Do NOT live here if you care for your well-being or money because Terry the landlord and maintenance crew will make your life a living hell. They can't even take care of the trash they charge you for. Let alone the privacy or functionality of all the apartments will make you wish you made a better choice.

Terrible management. Incompatent maintenence. Terry Wilbur the manager is poor excuse for a manager/person. Parking and sidewalks are never salted or maintained. Lived there 8 yrs. Dont leave anything outside your door, like mail or packages it will be STOLEN, BEWARE! Regret every yr. living there.
