They have a very good software and a professional team works which I - a Landlord could exchange the information related to tenants, third parties and property managers at anytime. This is a shady company with poor customer service. Things that I mail to them mysteriously go missing - and twice they have accused me of not paying my rent, which I did pay. They first time it happened, the owner's daughter called and spoke very rudely to a friend of mine, who happened to answer the phone. She didn't bother asking for me when she called and just went right into details relating to my personal information - and made threats about what would happen if the rent wasn't paid.

Very unprofessional. When he told her that he was not the tenant, she was extremely rude to him. The second time it happened, they didn't even bother calling, they just left a "pay rent or exit" letter at my door. I had proof of payment, but by the time I found the letter, it was Friday evening and they were closed for the weekend. They also do not return phone calls in a timely manner and any time I need maintenance, it is a hassle. Don't let this company manage your rental property and don't rent from them. This is the worst company I have ever rented from.
