This Management company is allegedly run by A Kerry Kirk. Says by her that" she answers to No one", She is it". She like her Managers (Marie) Maria and Maria Delgado at an Anaheim Complex near Cypress College are a joke! Unprofessional as they come. Screen calls so of course do not answer phones. I have personally witnessed this on several occasions, as I was in leasing office.

Do not answer Emails. Do not address Concerns. If tenant is persistent in needing help Then these woman turn a blind ear as well as a blind eye. I have heard this time and time again from other tenants, and have experienced it myself, if tenant asks for phone numbers, emails of others to get the help needed not given, hung up on " do not have time for this".

Or "I will email it to you in a message so you can have it", of course not a thing is sent. BEWARE of these people and complexes, Roaches, everything breaks, plumbing not good. Sewage smells come from upstairs, nothing is done. Send Maintenance to smell. Ignore calls, messages, email's of course no means to speak to a Supervisor. Run, Run.

Hello I live at the Village Green apartments. I had an issue today with my refrigerator and microwave not working. I called the emergency maintenance phone number and after speaking to a representative within 10 minutes someone had called me back and they were on their way to my apartment to fix the problem. His name was Beto. I would just like to say that he was extremely nice and very respectful and quickly problem solved and resolved my issue.

I extremely appreciate all of his hard work and the fact that he came out late at night to fix the issue. But this gentleman was amazing. He was very determined to fix the issue and for that I am very grateful. Thank you so much.

We can't pay rent in cash and now you our "service fee" for paying online just doubled to $10. Just stealing.

Critical: Professionalism Management is not helpful at the property I live in. They seem to care very little about their tenants and live on property reserving multiple carports and tow away their own residents vehicles. Manager Maria Delgado picks and chooses who she inconveniences.

I have no complaints as far as the apartments itself. I've lived here for about 4 years. The property manager at Grande Maria is the problem. The previous property manager was great. He was very friendly, accommodating and reasonable. The other night my car got broken into for the second time within the last few months. Car window smashed in both times. Items taken out of my car.

I called Maria to ask if I could switch my spot from my carport that's been unlit for months and further away from my unit to one of the open spots directly in front of my unit. Mind you, there are several open/available spots in front of my apartment that have been open for over a year, if not longer. Her response was, "If I accommodate you, then I'd have to accommodate everyone else who's had their car broken into." It's not even like I'm asking for some special request!

These spots are open resident parking spaces that are available! I'm a single woman living alone, and I have to lug my groceries from a parking spot that's unlit at night, isolated from view, and that thieves are having a field day with. It's not even just the nightmare of having to replace my windows and stolen items, but it's a matter of safety.

She doesn't care. She gives me an attitude and acts defensive when I'm trying to speak decently and humanistic with her. I asked if I could speak with someone else at Satellite Management above her. She says she is management and literally gives me the number that goes directly to her! I can't find a number to their corporate or someone else that oversees her! What in the world?! So the owners basically give her free reign with no accountability or oversight? Unreal!

There's no PROPER security here in the apartment complex I live in. It's just a "security" that doesn't even realize how many people have committed theft and so much more here too. I had car tires robbed just yesterday, side of my truck scratched, yet it so happens to be that no one sees anything. No security cameras in comparison to other places, proper neighborhood law enforcement, not even gates like there SHOULD be considering how many things has happened before relating to car parts being stolen. The rent is outrageous too for the quality of safety and life that's lived here.

This management company is a joke. When I moved in almost 2 years ago we didn't get any upgrades. The toilets are old all they did was paint them. The carpet also was not new it was old from previous renters. After a year and we renewed the lease we ask for the carpet the be replaced, they said no. Also most of the units have nice wood laminate and we have old tile.

I asked about getting the title replaced and that won't do it. The title is literally caving in. The carpet is so bad I finally called someone to have it cleaned. The water is completely black because the carpet is so old and hasn't been replaced in years. If we had the money I would move out of this dump

Please people put the name of property when posting as this company oversees many and some properties might be better because you actually have a manager that work and care about the tenant.

They are the worst all they do is lie and turn what u say around on u and try to use it against u the ask tenants to do there job think twice about moving here they inflate ur water bills and tell u that u owe money u dont an they get mad when u mak the prove where u owe money because of therebad bookkeeping

Is this company even real? I live in one of the "properties" they "manage" and it is literally a never ending joke with both the leasing office and the management. They cut off our water twice within the past two weeks with no prior notice to any of the residents. Oh okay so we just won't shower this morning or what?!?!? I hate this place! Our water is cut off today, the day after Christmas like WTF? People work! Yet, they LOVE charging us an extra fee to have a separate company handle our water fee. What WATER?

I strongly believe this company is very unprofessional, , they will ignore you if you call them, they support the manager at the property not only to harrase and discriminate against you, they abuse you, your deposit, don't worry, its not a Deposit its money for them to keep. they go around and make you itemized statement that not only to keep your deposit, but send you bill even if you leave the place beautiful, the biggest issue is they violate all state and federal laws from housing discrimination, to harassment, to abusing you I mean abusing you they are good at it, the last regional manager I spoke with he does not want to listen to you he is arrogant, in the last 2 years they have abused people that are recieving assistance from HUD, they victimized people so much, they are willing to destroy your reputation so please be very careful renting from this company, even the fax number they have in the website is not good number, or not sure it just give busy signal, if you have tried to fax them from the number in the website, it won't work, thats how much they keep up their work

I sued this company in small claims court and WON! Anyone who is having issues feel free to contact me, you can use my case as legal precedent. It may seem overwhelming to sue someone in small claims but it is a relatively easy process and the Santa Ana Small Claims Advisory is a free resource that can be very helpful. You don't have to deal with illegal practices by landlords like these, stand up for your rights! Small claims court cases can go up to $10,000(ten thousand dollars)

Don't let the name fool you, there's no management happening here. Voicemails to the main office are never returned or responded to. I've tried to get answers as to why the water system at my apartment always needs to be shut off (without notice) and nobody can get back to me. The one time I did reach a person, I had called for updates on the wood replacement "refurbishment" at our complex and they had no idea what I was talking about.

I had my life threatened by my neighbors day to day and "nothing can be done". Our tires have been slashed 3 times and "nothing can be done". I've witnessed child abuse and even our first manager (who was often drinking on the job) had her life threatened as well as having her car broken into by tenants. "Nothing can be done." She quit or was fired.

Tonight I'm renting a hotel because our air conditioner remains broken in heat too dangerous for my 7 month old daughter. These guys are slow to act and shady, please save yourself the trouble.

This is the worst property management company in California. We rented an apartment for 2 and a half year when we left with proper notice and paid for the remaining days they signed a release form after inspection of an empty apartment, Now they send us a bill of over $350 and that too without any proper details of why they are charging us. Well, we did not get our deposit back either.

One of the thing that they say they need to change is the carpet because it flattened a little after almost 3 years of use. Are you kidding me? Is that not supposed to happen. I think these people need to be sued for harassing their ex-tenants.

When u sign a contract with them they have no intention of giving you your deposit back. They might as well be upfront and say no matter how nice your unit is cared for the $500 deposit is not coming back. Rented apt for 11 mos, gave unit back in fantastic shape and extremely clean but receive letter with spreadsheet of fees charged that were unneccessary. Leasing office rep says that they charge regardless.

So why dont they be honest and say the $500 isnt a deposit its our fee? Very dishonest people. Also your water bill is combined with the buildings water bill and then split among everyone in that building so if you conserve and the next person does not you pay some of usage along with your own. They also inconvenience you all the time and have no issue with doing it avoid these underhanded people.

This company is horrendous. Do not live in a place that they manage or you will be thoroughly dissatisfied with their service. Maintenance issues will go unattended. But once you move out, they'll try to charge you for everything they can.
