This is the review from my 7+ years of experience with Ross R. Murphy, Property Management Services (Ross' Company) looking on the rental property I have in Katy, Texas. Ross has been looking after my house since I downsized and the property was given to the company to manage. I've rental properties for the last 25 years so I'm not new to this business, Ross' Company is by far the best - it is the professionalism, dedications, and responsiveness to the tenant's need that differentiate Ross from the pack and I can have piece-of-mind knowing that the property is in good hands.
The monthly book keeping and itemized expenses reports are accurate, easy to read, and understand. The year-end summary report for tax purposes makes completing the income tax on the property a breeze. Whatever issues came up and reported from the tenant, they were addressed promptly. The maintenance troop at Ross' disposal were the best and most reasonable prices tradesmen Ross' has amassed.
