We currently own and manage a retail and industrial commercial real estate portfolio of over 3.5 million square feet, serving hundreds of national, regional, and local tenants. United Equities, Inc. was founded in 1971 as a small brokerage, management, and leasing company. Today, the Company's portfolio has grown to include over three million square feet of retail and office warehouse space. United Equities is a full-service commercial real estate organization providing development, redevelopment, build-to-suit, acquisition, management, and leasing services across Texas, in addition to nationwide tenant representation. The Austin office opened in 2004, followed by the Dallas office in 2006, to better meet the needs of an expanding client base.

My experience has been great leasing from United Equities. Like all business owners know there are always problems that come up over a course of 5 years but the United Equity management company has always been prompt at helping me resolve and work through the problems. That is all you can ask as a tenant and I am glad that I have such a responsible group.

The review Mr Williamson left below is very true, the roofing contractor that was at Bammel business Center property was very disrespectful of the tenants at that property by cussing at them and telling them if they didn't like the fact that he was there scrapping and cleaning the roofs then they could go find somewhere else to work for the week as he was going to be there all week and there was nothing they could do about it as he was a long term friend of the company.
This isn't the first time that this has happened out here where business operations are disrupted by contractors who don't care. Secondly if you don't get everything that is going to be repaired on your unit before signing the contract they will crayfish out of fixing the issues and you will end up having to pay for the repairs as they don't take care of anything at that property at Bammel.
Our owners have said they are already negotiating a new contract at a better facility that will actually take our needs into consideration when scheduling facility repair workers to not interfere with business operations. That facility goes through renters like Walmart goes through shoppers.
