Update on Feb 10th 2022. Lynette Johnson has done an exemplary job of taking care of turnovers and increasing rents to market value. The tenants are now paying their share of utilities. but it has taken time and I understand that. Gradually taking care of deferred maintenance in a manner that fits my budget. Earlier. Henderson have been managing multiple properties for me for 1.5 years and there are still items that I wanted addressed when they took over.
I have asked many times and the requests seem to just get lost. I have requested appropriate rental increases for the whole period and the rents on my previously existing tenants have not been increased at all. I am an out of state owner and many times I have had to contact local tradesmen so the work can be done. then I am charged a vendors' fee.
I have taken over insurance and mortgage payments because there was so much confusion. There is a set up fee for the smallest insignificant items. I have been charged for items that were not performed and I would never have known if I had not flown in to check out privately. Lynnette Johnston is my new manager and she is doing her sincere best and mostly gets things done- she always communicates in a kindly and timely manner. The previous manager Jessica left and I think she should have been fired as she did not make the grade at all. She, like Lynette was always pleasant however.

I have used Henderson Property Management for the last 12 years to lease my investment properties. I find them easy to communicate with and very efficient in the management of my investments. The rents are kept up to the market rate, the maintenance is reasonable and current and their inspection of the properties allows for proper updating and repairs. I would recommend them.

Lynette Johnston has been amazing to work with from the property-owner side of things. She is timely and efficient with her communications, she is professional, and I've really come to trust her as a property manager over the past eight months. There were a couple of other managers that we used through Henderson who left a lot of to be desired, but Lynette has consistently come through for us, again and again.
I have used three other individuals as property managers and Lynette is a diamond in the rough- I'm not exaggerating. To whomever is Lynette's boss: don't lose her, she is worth too much to your company.

Tami has been so helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. Our hot water heater was leaking and she, along with the emergency maintenance person who was incredible, was able to assist us and address this timely. Tami has helped us for over a year now for various things, and is responsive to our emails and calls and has even followed up with us. Thank you, Tami!

Tami Greco has been wonderful to work with! We've been in our place for 2 years and she has been super helpful! She gets back to me in a very timely manner and has put me to ease on several occasions. Only complaint is that there were cobwebs on the ceiling which should have been cleaned and the leasing agent never mentioned the house not having a/c. (I never thought to ask as most places so have it)BUT outside of that it has been a very positive rental experience. I appreciate all the hard work Tami has done for us.

This company is a total rip off. Make sure as a tenant you take photos of everything because even if you fill out their move-in sheet with detailed descriptions of what is wrong, they will find a way to charge you for it upon move out. Even if it's something you've submitted maintenance request for! They came for a mid-year check in with the sheet ALREADY HIGHLIGHTED saying things needed to be improved. Really? Because yes, we had asked you to fix things. But the improvements needed were not due to your tenants. There are many better rental companies in town.
