Brass Key Property Management

I am upgrading my review. After speaking to the right person (who was a good listener, ) I am confident that our issues will eventually be resolved. In my case, making a phone call to follow up emails was the key to opening that Brass Key door. I am very grateful to the nice lady who was a professional and excellent listener.

What on Earth?! We don't even rent from this company, but they manage some items with our condominium property. We simply left a very friendly message stating that we believe there may be something wrong with the pool heater because our pool was very warm last week like it always has been and now the pool was exceptionally cold this week. So, I don't know if my wife accidentally left my mother in law's number because their numbers are close, but this lady called my mother in law and instantly started yelling, literally yelling at my mother in law about the pool and how it's spring and they just filled it so it's going to be cold.

My mother in law of course tells this lady she has no idea what she is even talking about and tells her she was probably trying to reach her daughter though is confused why she is yelling. My mother in law asked for the lady's name, but she refused to provide it. Next thing, this lady calls my wife and instantly started yelling at her about the pool.

Almost to the point of making my wife cry, but then tells my wife the pool is fixed now. My wife is still trying to figure out why this lady was yelling at her. So to recap, this random lady we've never met before or had any rapport with, literally yells and berates us over a what turns out to be a legitimate issue that we were supposed to report to them in the first place.

And this representative refused to provide her name. Who are these people and how do they even keep in business? I cannot even imagine renting from them or having them manage my property. I'm sorry to people that do. Someone seriously needs to be fired or severely reprimanded. That's just unacceptable.

Brass key is a very respectable and reliable company. They always treat their comstomers right and have always help with whatever issues I've had. I Absolutley recommend for anyone searching for a property management company.

Worst property management ever. Ive had ongoing noise issues with neighbors in our condominium, they do nothing. Our condominium gets to looking trashy and falling apart, they do nothing. We lose our mail key and the post office says property management should have a key, they don't. Garbage truck comes and revs engine a 6 am although quiet hours go till 7 am, they do nothing.

Contact them as a renter and they say they only work with owners.this property management company doesn't even do the bare minimum. All they are good for is setting up lawn care and snow removal.

Very unprofessional. You can never directly contact anyone in charge, the call center collects your messages but nobody responds. I am not sure what they take money for. If I could, I would get our HOA out of there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE THINKING OF RENTING ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES! You will be in for many surprises. They will avoid/ignore your concerns and use you for your deposit, as they did with me. Expect a quarter of your deposit to disappear for things not stated in the lease contract. Then be ignored when you want to know how they can do it / where it states they will do it. All I wanted was to see it writen but I guess that is too much to ask.

Brass Key has been managing our association for years now and we've never had an issue, nor thought of changing. They've done a great job for us and I have no complaint about their work.

Best motel/hotel fort collins. Never had one problem in the years of experiences i have had with them. Super friendly and helpful staff who all work hard. Rooms are amazing for the rate.

Worst property management company I have had to deal with. Not responsive, hiking fees without putting money back into the facilities and also rude when dealing with members of the association. Tom and company don't deserve your business, and if you are unfortunate enough to live somewhere that they manage, might want to get out quickly!

Brasskey has taken care of my property for nearly 6 years now. The staff has always been prompt in addressing any problems, and more importantly.thorough. I as well as my tenants feel well taken care of. You just cant put a price on that.
