This property management company has been good to my family and I. They are very responsive and helpful when it comes to any request. My move out experience with them hasn't been the best. They don't provide you with any opportunity to correct any items that they see that's needed to be fixed. Which is not right because it's your security deposit that they are using.
The attitude of the person went from pleasant to not so pleasant during this process and as a result I won't be looking at going through this company to find another rental. This Property Management is the type to stick their outgoing tenants with as much as possible with little to no warning or reason. Be cautious.

I would not recommend this real estate management company because both homeowners and tenants are treated badly. For owners, the listing price is stressed low enough that the deal could be done sooner, note rental is normally not going to be higher than listing price, this is not the case with selling a house, which could attract more offers if listing price is low.
For tenants, don't expect getting your deposit back even you rent and live there for years and make cleaning before you leave. They only use their labor to clean and repair with such a high rate of the highest possible. Say: they can charge you for cleaning a bathtub for 8 hours at a rate of $30 per hour.

The absolute worst. COMPLETELY unprofessional. NEVER EVER rent with this person. I feel sorry for this company, All Pro, because she's causing them to lose clients. The WORST Property Management I have ever dealt with. Utterly sad. Be glad someone warned you, and move along to another property management, and saved you time and money. PS Dont expect to ever, EVER get anything done right with Monica.

I was yelled by Monica Morris. English is my second language. I didn't get what she said so i asked her again and she yelled at me with her ugly impatient voice. She doesn't want to answer a question more than once. And she is never patient to explain or answer the phone. BE AWARE OF MONICA MORRIS (YELLING MONSTER).

We rented from AllPro for two years. Right location, right price - a townhome in north Fremont. The front patio was neglected, to say the least. Ok, no big deal. The stove was dirty, the upstairs bathroom had mold, the screens had holes. Ok, I can clean. They DO NOT fix things. Unless it's OH MY GOD THE HOUSE IS BROKEN kind of fixing. Not long after moving in, after much badgering from me, they agreed to replace ONE of the three screen doors.
The kitchen faucet constantly had issues, and their idea of fixing it was one step up from duct tape. When one of the pull-out cabinets fell and broke, the handyman came by and said "Don't put anything heavy on that shelf. It'll be fine." REALLY? Our electricity bill was always high in winter - if you tried to clean the kitchen window from outside with the house, leaves and water ended up in the kitchen.
They wouldn't fix anything. They also wouldn't call back, and the only really prompt reply I got (other than the initial interest emails) was when I asked if she'd received our 30 day notice. They place sufficed, but Monica in the office is definitely one of the most condescending people - not even property managers - I've ever dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend renting from another management company.

I am researching Property Management Companies to do business with in the future. As an Analyst for a Medium Global Software Company, I make a Decent Living, Excellent Credit and less than 5% DTI. The AllPro Inc website is somewhat user friendly and professional. It is very obvious what properties are RENTED or not. I sent an email to the general AllPro Inc email on the website asking if the Property noted in the Email Subject Line had Income Restrictions. Monica Morris responded, "Its rented sorry".
The email response was unprofessional with the lack of a Greeting, Proper Grammar and a Signature. Now I have the impression that the company lacks professionalism and I question the validity of the "Gary W. Review". It is very misleading. Especially, when I am not the only one to question the lack of professionalism from Monica Morris. As I sent multiple email inquiries to the general email address off the AllPro Inc. website, Monica Morris replied to another email, "Rented are units that are not available".
Immediately I am thinking, "I am not an idiot. I did not ask if the property was available to rent. I asked if there were Income Restrictions. Some Property's have Income Restrictions, thus, are not worth revisiting in the future to rent." I have been living at my house several months and have had a very pleasant experience with the property and staff at Allpro. I was looking to move just after New Years and started viewing houses and came across Allpro Management, who was managing the house I was interested in. I visited their office to pick up the key to view the house. I noticed that the office was small, but neat and efficient.
I got the keys to the house along with directions. The property was well taken care of and didn't have that "rental" look. Outside, the yard, paint and driveway were in good shape. Inside, the carpets were cleaned, walls painted, and every appliance, electric switch and door worked! I ended up taking this house. It was in a good neighborhood, the rent was reasonable and the management and contract seemed proper.
I was surprised to read the other reviews on this site about Allpro. My experience when I had troubles was that everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. My kitchen sink plumbing burst one evening, I turned off the water outside and called Allpro. The next morning I got a call from them at work. They arranged for repairs to the plumbing and walls to take place that morning and turbo fans were set up for drying in the afternoon.
When I got home the "project" was well underway, as explained, and by the next evening the whole mess was back to normal! I can't ask for anything more, so I'm leaving this review. Yelp has helped me find good service in the past!

I was treated so rudely by this Monica person. She hung up on me and yelled at me. I was told that I called too much, but I got an answer only a couple of times. I called until I got an answer which took alot of calling. When asked to talk to the person in charge she yelled and hung up on me. I've left a voice message and sent an email to Tammy Yau whom I was told was the person in charge.
I doubt she will receive either. With her manner as it is, Iam pretty sure they lose alot of business. I plan on making sure that the owner of this business becomes aware of how their company is being handled. This was the worse customer service I have ever received. Anyone looking for a place to live should avoid ALL PRO RE.

As a resident who's been living here, in Vista apartment on Chapel Way, for six years, I still think that there's a lot more that this management has to improve. They have the "manager" (Jerry) living in the complex (the bastard took two apartment rooms just for himself!) but if I need something to be fix in my place, I have to call the office.

Monica Morris is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Many times I have to make multiple calls to get something fixed. If she says that she will call you back, don't wait for her; just call her next day and ask her what happened. The most important: MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND AND SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. OTHERWISE, SHE WILL JUDGE YOU.
