Our company can help you, the property owner, with rental of your property. We have a Tenant Locator service where we would just find you a suitable tenant and you take care of on-going management. Or we can provide full management services including marketing your property, showing the property, collecting applications, screening all applicants, preparing leases, taking care of any repair work needed prior to tenant moving in, monthly rent collection and processing. We are available on a daily basis to handle any tenant issues such as plumbing, electrical, repairs, gardening, etc.

For tenants we can help you find a suitable property and assist with your move-in by supplying you with contact information for setting up utilities, community information, and assistance with with any issues that arise during the course of the lease.
