Update to my updated review, I gave new management the benefit of the doubt. The leasing manager and her assistant are always going back on their word and telling me that they never said those things when I bring them up. The other residents that live here are experiencing the same issues of greed and miscommunication. There's always new fees being added. ***They'll take the money from the rent you payed and apply it to the balance of the fees and then say you still owe rent.*** The previous leasing manager, William was really nice and understanding.

They fired him in March and then that's when things went to the ground. This place turned into a dump. The laundry room is dirtier than a public gas station restroom most days. Wanna relax by the pool? Cool, pick a dirty, dusty chair and table that I've never seen wiped clean. Wanna get in the jacuzzi? As long as you're okay with that it looks like it's turning into dirty looking swamp water and sometimes it doesn't get as hot as it should.

They just fixed the gate that someone broke into. It was broken for SEVERAL MONTHS. You occasionally get homeless ppl walking in and snooping around when the gates malfunction. Please read the other reviews left from tenants, especially recently. Those complaining, including myself have been here for years and new management simply doesn't care.

Now they just want new tenants without considering the ones that are already living here. Stay far away from these scammers. REMM is just as guilty about who they put into their offices and accept no responsibility. Robert from maintenance is nice.

Don t answer phone. Get voice mail. No Return calls! Refunds, get run around.

I have been working with Windell for the past few years at REMM Group. He is easy to work with, constantly in a great mood, and always ready to listen and engage. Honestly, he is such a riot and couldn't imagine working with anyone else. They are professional in what they do, hire to ensure success in their company, and strive for optimum performance constantly. I feel lucky to be able to work with Windell and the team at REMM! One thing is for sure, this greedy company has impeccable timing when it comes to royally screwing over its tenants. The bought Huntington Manor before the pandemic and didn't waste one minute before raising rents on everyone during it. Not once but TWICE. Then, just like clockwork, decided to rebuild the complex after some foundation problems arose resulting in giving all tenants a 60 day notice to vacate right before Christmas.

The CEO of this company should be ashamed of herself. You knew what you were getting yourself into when you bought this place. A simple building inspection could confirm the shape this place was in. Don't even get me started on the heartless letters that went out informing people they would be homeless because you are eager to rebuild so you can turn around and charge people 5x what they are paying now.

Probably replacing with some high density garbage that will be half empty because nobody can afford it. Let alone bringing even MORE people to Huntington Beach. This company is absolute garbage and I hope your greedy heartless ways come back to you three fold.

The REMM Group has been the best company I've worked for. You truly get it all! Great culture, growth opportunities, wonderful training, and all the resources needed to be successful. The leadership strives to empower their team members with the tools to excel in their careers. 5 stars!

REMM is a Company that cares about the Associates as well as the Resident. That is not easy to find in a company. Great Job REMM. No wonder they made number one places to work in Southern California!

Partial repairs complete. Received a notice today with a significant increase in rent, should we renew our lease another year. Seems like retaliation for voicing our concerns. Might stay, might now. Either way, BEWARE OF THE REMM GROUP. They are unprofessional(Natalie) and negligent when it comes to completing work orders or even responding to inquiries. Unless you owe them money, then they're on you like a hawk. I've never dealt with such a POOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY/owner.

Horrible place, horrible company. Nothing gets done. Their word turn out to be just another way to rip you off. Don't move to the property on North Long Beach unless you wanna live with roaches, trash in the halls and people parking in your assigned spot.

Working with REMM Group has been an absolute pleasure since day one. They are very responsive and communicative on all fronts. They are also both professional and kind. REMM Group genuinely cares about providing the best services to residents. Would highly recommend.

They are very helpful and understanding, I had an issue with the people upstairs with excessive noise and the management at Remm were very helpful and professional and came up with a solution to the problem

We've been PAYING FULL PRICE to live in The Roy. During all of COVID-19 shutdown, the Remm Group has made no goodwill statement or action resulting in them having some skin in the game. All on-site amenities have been closed for months and they haven't reduced rent, offered us gift cards, or any other gesture that shows they care and are taking action to help us. Legally do they have to do anything, no, I don't believe so. Would it be the right/kind thing to offer your tenants something that are paying FULL PRICE? Yes, I think so.

This rating is based on the phenomenal customer service received by Cashe Honorable. Yes that's her name and she's the business manager for their company! Hands on, attentive even remembered about one of my family members that's seriously I'll! She also called just ask how am I doing! You simply will be hard pressed to find customer service like this any more! Keep up the awesome work!

I would like to see comments from others that do not work for your company, or residents that have moved in and lived in the apartment and not still in the review process for moving in, some recent positive comments from residents that are not employees. Thank you.

Just started building a vendor/client relationship with the Remm Group. I can say thus far The Remm Group has been professional. Very professional. Valerie Love has made working with the company a very pleasant business experience. Valerie is to the point and she knows her stuff. We are excited and looking forward to continuing to build a solid relationship with The REMM Group!

No response from the new management they just took over the Charter Oaks Apartments I don't know who's worse Remm Group or Maria and Roger prior management, Roger and Maria would charge me $25 a parking spot Cash.

I live at the Roy. I'm locked out of my apartment and no one is available to help me. I reached out this morning to warn management and no response. Also - the charge point chargers in parking lot don't work.

We are very impressed by the professionalism by the REMM group! We recently moved into one of their commercial office spaces in Tustin and we are very impressed by their attention and care. Caron Wilson and her team (Leo & Matt) take great pride in going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service and resources to their tenants. Brian Plotikin also makes it a point to find very cost effective solutions for his clients and will go above and beyond to understand all the details so he can make very informed decisions for his properties and tenants. The REMM Group is a great company to work with. Caron is very detail oriented and has an undeniable passion for her work. She is great with tenants and vendors. Brian is a pleasure to work with as well. He shows a great deal of pride in everything he does and he has an awesome personality. I would recommend this company to anyone!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a management company. I have lived in my current complex (IMPERIAL APARTMENTS) for 6 months, the prior management company was in control of our complex for 3 months in which we had NO issues. The complex was kept up nicely and any concerns were addressed in a timely manner and professionally. My first experience with REMM was our water being shut off for 13 hours with no notice other than a hand-written note posted on ONE wall of the complex that you would need to actually know about to find.

When confronted, the property manager made sure to advise us of her resume and that she was aware she was legally within her rights - and basically our concerns didn't matter since legally she was considered okay. We then attempted to speak to someone in corporate about ongoing concerns (please note, the water shut off was only the beginning) to which every single encounter with this woman in corporate is met with an apology for not being available (the wait time for any response from this woman is at the VERY LEAST a week.) I would never recommend anyone to rent from any property managed by this group. look at the rest of the reviews for Imperial Apartments within the last 4 months to see the type of track record this management company has!

I can say with great pride - Brian and his staff are nothing short than Amazing! Moved into his building and when ever an issue they are on it so fast! It is nice to finally have a management company that supports us all. Thank You Brian & Staff!

The REMM Group has managed our building for the last six months. They are a take charge group that have made my life much easier. Our property manager, Brian Plotkin is always available and has been a big help with our new property. I would highly recommend the REMM Group and look forward to being associated with them many years.

REMM Group manages my physical therapists office building in Tustin. I am impressed with how well kept the building always looks. It's always clean and well kept and appears to be very welcoming. My PT speaks really highly of their property manager. Very impressive!

This mgmt company is bottom of the barrel. Their repairs and fixtures are half assed. Have to put pressure on mgmt to get anything done. Saw a review where mgmt used coersion and theft to try to intimidate the resident. Washers and dryers were replaced from coin operated to card system without notifying residents, we are locked out of clubhouse on. every sunday, despite being told we could utilize the facility any time we want.

They put out a calendar that says clubhouse is open 9 to 6 on sundays, but it is locked up tight. Events are planned by same group.never ask for input or say want to be involved.despite this being a gated communityb the gate at one end of the property is broken and.

Our company has worked in conjunction with the REMM Group for a number of years and don't have anything but good things to say about them :) Great Management team. Very engaged on what is happening at the front-line level and the expectation is for all Management to be involved, which they are. They have created a great environment for progression and communication throughout the vendor to client process. Genuine agile company that lives its values. Highly recommend, 5 stars! (would give them 10 but that's not an option here)
