Turned down a home I was selected by just to be denied cause I was so in love with this town house So basically I did an application on Friday was supposed to be notified by Monday or Tuesday to my knowledge we was the first applicants when we visited the home comes Tuesday no notification if I was approved so I went ahead and wrote the realtor just to find out I wasn't approved and they went with another applicant if there is an application already in your system you need to not have people submitting applications when u have already determined who will be selected NEVER AGAIN
