Avalon and Laura the owner, have gone above and beyond for me on so many occasions. I first meet Laura under terrible conditions. Im a Realtor in Ca and I unexpectedly lost my father. All of a sudden I had this rental in Vegas to take care of. Laura provide so much help and support. I thought I would have to sell it asap but with her management co I was able to keep it.

Since then, her company has completely taken care of everything from from repairs to providing income and expenses statements. When I need advise on market values she as it all. As a Realtor I have worked with several property management companies and I can honestly say Avalon is the best I know. I tell Laura all the time I wished she was in Ca so I could give her all my rental info.

This company is by far the worse I've dealt with in Las Vegas. I am relieved my lease is over. The company charged me for "oil" in a garage that I've never parked my car in among other unfair charges. The staff is ran like the mob. I've had to replace my own appliances after being ignored. If I ever want to rent a house again and this company manages it I will quickly look the other way.

I am a 6"6" African American and maybe that has something to do with the way I was treated. I really wish they would have just denied me for the property to begin with. Horrible experience. The owner wanted me to renew my lease and offers discounts but I wanted the nightmare to be over with and decided to move from a great property!

We had been tenants with Avalon Realty and Oaktree Management for over 11 years. Throughout the time spent, Lori, Bonnie and all their staff here had always made us feel welcome and were always polite and very helpful every time we came into the office or even spoke by phone. Repairs were always met in a timely manner! The online process request was convenient and they would respond very quickly.

My wife Adelma and I have rented a property from Avalon for the past year and a half. Just like any rental company, they met with us for an inspection on the day we first got our keys, and to be honest, quite a few things needed to be fixed or replaced. Evidently, the last tenant wasn't very kind to their rental property. From the get-go, Avalon went out of their way to fix or replace everything that we brought to their attention.

Communication was outstanding. On one occasion, I had a concern with the irrigation system and I was directed to the owner Bonnie who was supposed to address our concern. It was no questions asked. She took care of the issue immediately. The maintenance director, Lori, treated us like gold. We love Lori! Ashley and Nicole, two of Avalon's office managers, were always professional, respectful, courteous, and helpful.

Everyone at Avalon Realty was responsive for the entire 18 months that we lived in their rental house. The people at Avalon have become like family to us! We won't forget them. Thank you everyone at Avalon for making our stay in your property so memorable.

I was a fairly long term renter with Avalon (4+ years), and my overall experience was great! Every time there was an issue, big or small, it was dealt with professionally and quickly. I have never seen any extra or "hidden" fees that some other reviewers mention. Also, a huge Thank You to Laura. When it came time for me to move on to a new residence, I had a small issue with timing, and Laura went above and beyond to work between the home owner and myself to find a solution.
