Blackbird has been the absolute best. I have been renting from them for 4 years and I have no complaints. They always respond promptly to any maintenance requests and are always pleasant. I highly recommend.

Blackbird Realty has been my property manager for about two years--outstanding service! They address issues quickly and are friendly, organized and helpful. As an out of town owner, I appreciate that I can trust them to follow up on tenant requests. Paperwork is accurate and on time!

We have been renting our house for almost 10 years with another property management company. I dreaded dealing with them. A couple of months ago, Blackbird Realty took over the property management. They are amazing. They communicate, handle things immediately, follow up, and are over all nice people. I love this company.

I've been residing in a property managed by Blackbird for almost four years. Their portal makes it very easy to make your payments and schedule maintenance. Even through the pandemic the maintenance has been very good.

The Blackbird team was incredibly helpful during our move. Their portal makes it so easy to request any kind of maintenance as well as pay rent. We ran into some issues with the property when we moved in and Blackbird sent someone over the same day to get them resolved. Blackbird truly cares for their properties.

We had a great experience while living in a property managed by Blackbird, however upon moving out. that's a different story! BE PREPARED TO NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! No mater what you do, no matter how clean you leave the place, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! Our friends & neighbors who own several rental properties said the house looked great when we left & of course Blackbird kept more than half of our deposit!

They also lost the house as one of their management properties because the homeowners decided to sell, so of course they were going to be extra picky! Don't pay to have your carpets cleaned nor to have it cleaned professionally, because you will not get that money back! I KNOW without a doubt the carpets & floors were as clean as they could be considering the age of everything.

We paid for carpet cleaning & they charged us an additional "Carpet & Tile Cleaning" service to the tune of $728! SHAME ON YOU BLACKBIRD REALTY AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY! George shame on you!
