As a military member I've traveled over and over again. I've had Countless landlords and also bought and rented out a few places of my own. I have never had worst service anywhere. A/C issues the entire time going in and out. Told them the AC isn't cooling the entire place they told me that was normal implying that i was ridiculous for me to think that the AC would cool the entire place. the most recent A/C issue is lasting about a month now. Asked if we can make an adjustment on my rent payments due to my lack of cooling or heating for a month and i was given an abrupt no.

Your home is supposed to be a place where you can come home and relax and not be stressed. You wont find that in a place that these guys run. The only saving grace these guys have is george their maintance guy. Guy works around the clock to fix things and does all he can from his side of things.
