The Flooring project went so smoothly I was pleasantly surprised. We are blessed with a top-notch building manager and great maintenance and housekeeping staff. If Jeff Stradone ever leaves o am going to move! He is the most responsive, patient, and effective manager I've ever known.

The Condominium Associates management and maintenance staff at The Beacon on Third St in St. Petersburg have just handled a complicated project here. The project necessitated removing abestos and old carpeting from what was 20 year old hallway flooring, and the replacement of this flooring with new carpeting and painting of the hallway walls. The project went amazingly smoothly, and was completed on time and within budget.

Management at The Beacon has been extremely efficient these last few years in making improvements to the property, and the residents, BOD, and residents feel very fortunate to have their Condominium Associates team here.

The best community and association in Sarasota and Manatee county. All the amenities are kept in impeccable condition. Front office and especially Cammy are very efficient in communicating about regular events. People are super friendly! Overall it's like a dream neighborhood.

I called and emailed regarding questions on my bill. I have spoken to 5 different people, and was simply referred to this person and that person. When I did speak to someone, they said they would look into it and get back to me, then no reach out back to me. Incredibly poor customer service. I still don't have answers so that I can get my bill corrected and paid. This has been going on for over a month, and now they are adding "late fees" and "interest." Wow!

I have been dealing with them for over a month after i moved in to one of their communities. I am yet to get keys to our amenities even though we have been here a month. They are very unprofessional and unresponsive. I even submitted a complaint and have exchanged some emails but nothing has been resolved yet. Very frustrating experience.

Kristine Zumbana works at the Foundation Office where I live and work in real estate. She is very professional and efficient, and helps in the process of welcoming new buyers into the community.

I am writing to commend Ricky Torres of Condominium Services. He was highly responsive, getting back to me almost immediately every time I had a question, he listened to my concerns and took effective action. Sadly this kind of service is all too rare these days, but Ricky provided 5 star service all around! Highly recommended.

I recently bought a house in which Condominium Associates Manages. I was having trouble getting all of the information to get into the gate, getting my fobs etc. I called and Jordan B answered and was the best! He was so helpful and responsive to my needs. He followed up with me and made sure I was all set. He was amazing!

They have always been very professional and have an incredibly knowledgeable team of people who are always there to take care of our community's needs. They have very talented, hard-working and dedicated managers on staff.

Our manager, Sarah, is no exception. She is always available to help and advise no matter how busy she may be. She is incredibly responsive and works tirelessly for our community. I have a full time job in addition to being president of our association. It is a good feeling to know that I have a manager who I can trust to be watching over the various situations at the community when I am not able to.

We have lived at Majestic Cove for 18 months now. Since day one our property manager, Ashley Roth has been absolutely fantastic. I'm kind of a needy guy and she was always there for me no matter how dumb my questions were. She is professional and very dedicated to her job. You can tell she loves to work there. We particularly like her quick response time no matter our issue or the time of day. The management at CA has also been equally impressive. CA and Mrs. Roth have made us very happy with our choice to invest in M. C. and our home. That girl deserves a raise.
