All Seasons Resort Lodging began in Park City in 1999 with just one property and now manages operations for over 300 nightly vacation rentals and 16 homeowners associations. This review is for the Capri by the Sea in San Diego. Overall great location. Pool area is nice. We stayed here long ago. Now for the critical review. It's unfortunate that the place has slipped into a sorry state of affairs. Unit is terribly outdated and maintenance doesn't appear to be a priority. Quality of linens and furniture is not great and carpets are dirty. Cleanliness of our unit was less than appealing. Had to request additional linens and the floors to be mopped. Needs a lot of work. Could be a great place with attention to detail and maintenance.

I was excited to stay here based on pictures on there website. Boy was I wrong! Our room smelled like someone had cooked bacon in it minutes before we arrived and thought the smell would go away. Needless to say the smell stayed lingering in the room the entire week we were there. The staff member that answered when I called about this did nothing about it but catch a attitude and laugh about it. I will not stay here ever again and would advise anyone and everyone to run the other way! Do not get fooled by the pictures on there website!

The staff, especially Den, super helpful. We had an issue with our initial room and Den immediately took action to make sure that the problem was addressed, and that our group had a pleasant experience during our long-weekend stay. Location is great, easy to get to the lifts and a super short walk to shuttles to downtown PC. Would definitely stay here again

We had a girls' weekend at Silver King, and cannot say enough about the experience. The room was beautifully furnished, comfortable and with a great view. The pool was clean and well kept. Main Street was close enough that we walked over to enjoy the restaurants and shops. Check in with Randy at the front desk was smooth and quick, and he made sure we had all we needed. Will stay there again!

False advertising on rates! I booked a unit in PC Canyons in APEX on All Seasons Resort Lodging website(not a third party website) I received a confirmation at booking detailing the rate and total due. The email I received later that evening detailed my reservation and the rate and total due was 50% HIGHER than my booking confirmation. When contacting the company, I was advised there was an error on the website and that they could not honor the rate I booked at.
They offered nothing, they were not willing to negotiate (I would have met them 1/2 way) the only resolution was to cancel my reservation. As a consumer, I feel their error should not be at the cost of the customer. I did my research with this company prior to booking and I feel I took a chance. a chance I should not have taken. Poor service, false advertising.

We have consistently had an amazing stay with All Seasons Resort Lodging. My family and I have stayed numerous times and were always really impressed with the properties. Management and housekeeping were responsive and prompt with all of our needs. The furnishings and linens were top notch. I would recommend any of the properties.

Before we decided to book, I read the previous reviews from 2 years ago. Nothing recent so we decided to stay here, and boy were those reviews wrong! Nothing but a top notch resort and we experienced outstanding service from the time we checked in until the time we left. Super nice people, who made it seem as if we were the only people they had to take care of. This was our first trip to Park City and definitely won't be our last. Thanks for a great stay!
